So Much Fun - We were originally going to visit some wineries ourselves but we are so glad we did this tour with Brodie. He is 100% focused on ensuring you have a good time. We jumped into his ‘rustic’ van, he turned up his Brodie’s Oldies playlist and the party got started. We saw some great sights including 2 nice wineries, both very different, and maybe had a bit too much to drink. 😉 At our first stop, we started with Mimosas. Nice touch! Brodie packed a beautiful tapas-style picnic which we enjoyed on picnic tables under a tree. Brodie is a great host who has a really ‘chill’ vibe.

Brodie’s tours are the best - Brodie is a super host for the guided tour, provided a lot of information and laughs. Visited a couple of wineries, eat a great picnic lunch and even had a couple of extra stops to view some of the areas beautiful landscapes. I would highly recommend this tour who wants a small group adventure, to make lots of memories.

Fun day out - Really good choice of places that we stop at . Will definitely revisit all 3 places . 1st stop at winery was very good and informative . We would like to have had more time at the lunch stop unfortunately due to delays at the winery we were unable to do what was advertised Lunch limited and could do with being refined slightly 3rd visit to 2nd winery was nice The host was very good and fun very attentive. A little bit more thought put into this tour and it would be amazing

Not Really a Wine Tour - First off, I want to say that we did ultimately have fun, and are thankful that we saw the wineries we did. What this trip is: You will be driven around by a career tour guide. An Australian who has been living in Lagos for many years. You will be driven around in a dirty, older van. You will be served a cooler full of beverages in the van. The first winery we stopped at was a lovely place. The trip costs covered the tastings there. We did not tour anything. The guide gave a brief description of the winery and then we hung out and drank the wine and looked around. I think we could have wandered the grounds if we wanted to but there was no formal tasting or tour. Then we stopped at a local park for lunch. It was a cute place but nothing particularly special. The guide served us some snacks from his dirty cooler. We ate on a dirty table cloth he brought. And drank out of cheap plastic cups. Then we went to a second winery which was a very cool place. It is owned by an artist and the grounds were basically an art museum. Still no formal tour or anything. And we had to buy our own wine here. The guide did not have as much knowledge about the region or wineries as we hoped. If he did, he didn’t share it with us. Instead he did choose to talk to us about how much he’s partied and traveled, and how much he’s used his van to help others party and travel. Who I think this trip is for: No fuss people who don’t need a fancy car, guide, or tour to see a part of Portugal you probably otherwise wouldn’t know about. Probably younger single travelers. If you’re looking for a legitimate wine tour, this probably will not fill your cup. With a little bit of research, we feel that we could have planned our own winery day and used our rental car, and spent the same amount of money. For the price we paid, we expected more.
