Camel farm in Dubai - Today I visited the small farm with some friends with two child. They were so excited to ride the camel and interact with them. We were asked to get some rest inside the typical Beit and to drink some traditional drink. I really suggest to visit them.

Very unique and special! - Thanks for the great trip! This was a behind the scenes experience which was great for us and our children. Visiting an actual camel farm, drinking fresh camel milk, great pictures! Thanks

Very Good service - The farm is a such an amazing place and the vibe around the area is magic. The camel ride is one of the most amazing things I have never done. Feeding the camels and animals is an unique experience. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a real experience.

Well Organized - I Visited Camel Farm in Dubai with Saadi, it was a wonderful experience. On time Pickup, about 45 minutes drive, the driver was very friendly and informative. Interaction with camels was enjoyable, specially kids like the baby camels very much. Would recommend to my friends to visit.

Disappointing Tour - This was not what we expected for a camel farm visit. The driver after the hotel concierge called several times then he said the tour was the next day even though our ticket clearly stated Sunday. When we arrived we only could have seen the camels through a fence and was told that we can take photos. It’s so unfair to have expended so much money for that. This is robbery and I hope no other family has to experience this disaster.

Do not book. They never showed up - I cannot rate the experience as no driver cam to pick us up. Very disappointing. It was also very hard to reach someone on the phone and when we did they said they would call us back. They have no explanation for not coming and proposed to come 3 hours later. We refused

We were fooled!!!! - The day before we were contacted by Jamil from the Saadi Tourism making sure we would be ready the next day at the appointment time. After that, the driver contacted us through WhatsApp sending a few audios explaining something about prayer time, saying he would be at our hotel before the expected time (but we could still go out at the scheduled time), anyways, some mess already going on and we noticed it. So, the day after we got picked up by a 4x4 land cruiser that drove us to a completely different road, to a completely different location. That was NOT THE SAME camel farm announced on TripAdvisor, the one I read wonderful comments about. After a few times questioning the driver (and having some trouble communication due to a very hard accent to understand) if we were going to the same farm that we paid the tickets for, he got mad saying “if you think it’s taking too long, I can speed up, I’m used on doing safaris on the desert so I can speed up”. The weather was bad, it had rained since the day before, so obviously we’d prefer keeping the road speed. Even if it was sunny, we are not here to break any traffic rules. Anyways. We just wanted to know if we were going to the true camel farm! So... We drove to a completely far, dirty place with garbage all over, CLEARLY not the beautiful camel farm everybody commented about, the farm that I paid $465 DOLLARS to visit, just didn’t happen. The Driver (Mr. Hanif) seemed lost at times, trying contact someone on the phone (with no response), offered us to stop at a unknown coffee shop before (we said no, thanks. Because our goal was only to see the camel farm and go back, not wander around the town). Near the place, he took the car plate / Saadi tourism sign and put inside the car. Suspicious, right? So when we got to the camel area, he said: you can go now, I will wait here. We noticed we were in a far away place, in the middle of nowhere, with one camel to see and a couple more, some meters away. Do you think, after this situation, we would still go further away, not knowing where exactly we were? We took one picture of my son near a camel, so he at least, he wouldn’t get frustrated with the sightseeing and immediately asked the driver to take us back to the hotel. Maybe it was not the driver’s fault, but lack of information and communication between him and his boss, for sure. Unfortunately, THIS WAS A FAIL. I don’t want my money back, I’m not asking for it, I’m just writing it all down to let you all know that this tourism agency / company isn’t what it seems to be. The TRUE CAMEL FARM must be amazing! To bad we didn’t get a chance to see it, instead, we were taken to a random camel place. Shame! Here’s some pics to show WHERE we went and how far we were from the camel farm! And the driver insisted saying we were at the right place, at all times! Horrible experience.
