Embarking on a desert safari in Dubai is a must-do activity for visitors to the city. It’s an exhilarating experience and a wonderful opportunity to explore the stunning desert landscape and encounter Dubai’s native wildlife. During a typical shared desert safari, guests are picked up from their hotel by a guide and driver in a 4x4 vehicle. The journey begins as you leave the city and head towards the desert, joining other vehicles along the way. After a brief stop for preparations, the driver takes you into the desert, where the adventure truly starts with an exhilarating ride over the dunes.

The group then arrives at a desert camp, offering refreshments and activities such as camel rides, falconry, henna painting, sandboarding, and more. After enjoying the activities and capturing plenty of photos and videos, it’s time to return.
