Best & Recommended Private Couple Tours & Private Group Tours - This has been the third time I booked to NI Tours with their different excursions offered and they do not disappoint and even exceeded my expectations. Ms. Febbie is very accommodating as always and made sure our small requests for our private tours are met. Their drivers are very good, their cars were all maintained and tidy, and they have so many various options of tour one can choose. So far I have booked private group tour for dessert safari with activities and dinner buffet, private couple dessert safari with activities and dinner buffet, private Dubai City tour and Dinner Dhow Cruise and all were marvelous experiences.

It was amazing - Our tour operator Mr Naveed Iqbal was just amazing. It was only because of him that my family and I had a blast on this activity.He was on time to pick us up and he didn’t rush in any of the activities.He was very helpful and made our trip very memorable by clicking extremely good and fun pictures for us. I would definitely book him again the next time I’m going desert safari and would highly recommend him to others

desert tour, city tour, dhow cruise, - I have booked varied tours with NI Tours and they did not disappoint. Desert Safari, City Tour, Dhow cruise, Khorfakkan Tour these are the tours I have booked with them. They are very respondent even during late time of the day, even rush booking they will cater you. Very accommodating. Most importantly, their drivers are very good tour guide/photographer as well. Highly recommended.

Great time at a safari tour - Great experience for all of my family! We did a safari tour, we were impressed with our driver and the whole experience that was arranged for us. besides the jeep safari, there was also free time for activities such as ATV or rest. then we were in camp for dinner with an organized program. there was fun for the whole family, we have no complaints, we had a wonderful time. we thank our driver, for the care throughout the tour.

Dune bashing is great but short, other stuff..SKIP - 3 stars because the dune bashing was awesome and it's relatively a good price, but please read further for why this is not a 5 star experience in our opinion. We picked this tour because we wanted the dune bashing. The dune bashing was wild and crazy and just what we were hoping for, except it was shorter than we thought. The itinerary says 40 min but it was 10-15 min of dune bashing and then 10-15 min on top of a sand dune for pictures. We would have rather kept going for longer. Our driver was crazy and had us laughing and gripping the roll cage inside the car. The safari or “camp” section of this tour is not worth it. In total we probably sat around and waited to do the planned activities for probably 3 hours, on top of the 2+ hours of driving. In addition we were told we’d get picked up between 1:45 - 2 pm, but they didn’t come until 2:30. We got to the camp at 5 pm and was told dinner didn’t start until 6:45. Sounds fine, because of all the activities this lists, but they aren’t what it seems. The camel ride is actually 30 seconds around a small roped off area. You can pay more to go on an actual camel ride for 10 minutes — this was the first instance of the night where things weren’t what it seemed in the description. When you come into camp there’s a guy that tells you about the VIP option (you’d have an actual chair it looked like, and I think it cost 50 AED extra per person). We thought “eh we get unlimited soft drinks and buffet included in what we already bought” we’ll be fine. Btw the guy’s main selling point for the VIP upgrade was the line that we’d have waiting for the buffet in the “normal” side. The line wasn’t long, but as you can imagine because we waited so long to eat, everyone ran to the line when it was time to eat. The VIP section got to eat an hour before the normal side, and they had unlimited food (literally they had new food being brought to their buffet for almost 2 hours). The normal side got a small snack of fried something an hour after the VIP started eating and then a small buffet 30 minutes after that. They also ran out of food for the normal side and both pieces of chicken we got were very undercooked. Not to mention the VIP had actual Coke products and the normal side had some no name brand cola. It was weird to say the least and felt like a money grab any chance they got, and basically a scam for what was “included”. Would not recommend to friends, so don’t recommend to the tourists of Viator. If you want dune bashing please try to find something that ONLY does dune bashing, that, I would recommend highly. It is helpful to note that there were other safari camps in the same area, so I don't think our experience just applies to this camp. My guess is they all run in a similar fashion.

Beware of this scammer and cheat and most arrogant guide . - Worst person / scammer you can select for your wonderful trip. If you want to spoil your happy trip select him . Most arrogant behaviour no basic professional ethics. I booked for desert safari and I paid more than what the cost for the package was compared to others. After reaching the location he started threatening you have to pay more now or I will take to other place or downgrade for what you have paid. I have to pay extra money on spot not to spoil my time and vacation plan. I had all the proofs of our conversation in the WhatsApp about the booking pictures and all arrangements. When I showed that to him he and his friends say we send them by mistake and we will not accept your to this venue . I was with my family and small kid he took advantage and scammed me. Shamefull and unethical. Please don't select this tours I have raised a official complaint in dubai economy and tourism, it's not about money its about cheating and breaking your trust .
