Excellent tour! - I would highly recommend this tour. It was a super great value for the money! It delivered on everything that it promised in the description and more! The pick up was not only on time, but actually ahead of schedule. The driver, Muhammad, was very punctual, nice and considerate. The tour was very well organized. The fire show was off the charts. Just prepare for some idle time in between activities because of the coordination that it takes to have everything run smoothly and on time. Very impressive tour!

I appreciate the journey. Alam was a good guide. - My family and have appreciated the day. The guide came to pick us at our hotel. Went to the place. Quad activities, bbq and short camel drive.

You get what you pay for - This Safari is in Sharjah. We were transported by a coaster there over 100 KM. Left Hotel Approx 1-1:30 PM.
Enjoyed ATV & Quad Rentals. Extra $$$. However because of busy season got short changed.
Waited for the transfer to & from Dinner. Got late to dinner & missed 1st part of show. Seating on floor average. VIP Table / Chairs by 2nd Stage extra 50 Dirhams / Person.
Overall we got what we paid for. Luckily this was our 2nd Safari so we are able to differentiate.
Safari was amazing. Bring Scarf & Glasses to Cover Nose, Mouth & Eyes.

Disappointing - The tour guides were professional, kind, and excellent, so 5 stars there. The experience itself was disappointing because the desert tour was 8 minutes. It was fun, but way less time than we expected. There was very little time at each stop for activities such as sand boarding and camel ridding. Throughout the experience at each stop we did more waiting than activity and had people continually wanting us to buy things. The whole thing seemed like a set up to spend more money, instead of caring about the money already spent to be there for the excursion. When activities were happening it was fun, but just very short lived for the total time of the tour.

Underwhelming...you get what you pay for - Thoroughly disappointing. Based on the itinerary sunset photo op in Arabian dress, sandblasting and dune bashing was included. What we experienced was being crammed into a Land Cruiser and wildly driven over a few small dunes, hoping to not crash into the other 20 or so vehicles heading in various directions. Sandboarding was 1 lonely sandboard which laid on a small hill with a tour guide who couldn't communicate with us as he didn't speak English. No Arabian dress photo op, you could buy scarfs from the numerous vendors who kept approaching you during the almost 2 hour stay at the quad biking area which wasn't included in the package and we just had to mill around whilst we wait for the guide to call us. The area was litter strewn and toilets semi clean. Once the sunset we headed to the camp where dinner and entertainment happened. The entertainment was great, food bland (felt a bit like cattle being herded to buffet lines) and co-ordination of rides to and from camp was chaotic. Would definitely not recommend, maybe pay a bit more with a different company for a more comfortable and better organized experience. Waste of an afternoon.

Unexperienced Driver..charged us 800AED extra when the program was over. - The trip till the safari was superb n we all enjoyed. But then the driver was new to the place n got lost a couple of times before taking us to the camp. By the time we reached there, the program was almost over. A lady then took an extra 800 AED so we could sit in the VIP area, but then the food was all finished, items over. It was a terrible experience n waste of money. We can't understand why the lady took 800 AED from us when the program was over. The organizers should have experienced drivers as it is entirely our loss of money n time.

A very bad organization - A tour that I will never do again in my life is uninteresting and disrespectful, the person named maaz, who thinks he is guiding us, spent hours until the evening with his phone in his hand and did not deign to speak a single word, no information was given, although I asked for a German guide, they told me that this was not the case, but I had booked in advance in this way, they only spoke in their own language and we didn't understand anything, at least he could have spoken in English, he could have left us in the desert and acted like whatever you do now, it was disgusting, I do not recommend the agency that organizes this tour, I do not recommend the agency that organizes this tour, only money works, no respect for the customer
