Strongly recommend - no worries - Excellent experience!! I got my pictures in 3 days - one day earlier than promised . Alex is a great photographer. My pick up at the hotel was on time. The entire experience was excellent.. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews and the very affordable price compared to the others . No worries these people are legit and very professional!! Strongly recommend.. You will love the entire experience..

The Best Tour in Dubai! - Iltaf and Favas are the best. Their customer service was exemplary. They were on time ,courteous , friendly, very very patient and professional . I highly recommend them. We did the 3pm shoot and it was very very nice the sand was not too hot. The location was perfect and the pictures were breathtaking! Dune bashing was exhilarating! and the camel ride in the desert sunset was spectacular!!

Flying Dress Pictures - We were in Dubai and did the flying dress with pictures on 13 March and I have not received my pictures yet, can you help.

Anniversary Photo Shoot - Our guides were right on time to pick us up. On the drive to the desert we learned about the Camel which is very fascinating. The photo shoot was alot of fun, the camera guy was patient and he told us how to pose. It's our anniversary we were in our wedding colors which we brought. I am presently awaiting our photos. I 100% recommend this tour. The camel ride was kool, took some amazing photos. All in all an exceptional tour.

Great until the end - We have NOT received our photos yet. Please issue a refund or our photos in 24 hours. The excursion what great but……

Unprofessional Photoshoot! - The experience was appalling! We changed into dresses, given to us from a bag, in the car! I had 11 photos whereas some had 22 photos. We could have changed at the camp where we waited for 30 minutes prior to the shoot. My dress was the wrong size, therefore I was very displeased with my photos. Totally unprofessional.

Logistical Nightmare of an Experience - I booked this activity for a group of 12 ladies (three groups of four). As their travel agent, I am extremely upset at the level of disappointment my clients have expressed to me about their experience with this tour operator. Logistically, the experience was a complete disaster. Despite making a stop along the way at a small camp shop for 30 minutes, the ladies were forced to change IN THE CARS upon arriving to the desert. They were hot and rightfully uncomfortable as they had little to no privacy in the middle of the desert with male drivers merely steps away. Not to mention, the dresses were housed in plastic trash bags in the trunk of the vehicle. The ladies had to scramble to locate suitable dresses to fit them (some unsuccessfully). Many of the ladies even expressed concern as to whether the dresses had been cleaned or not, which is completely unacceptable and intolerable. On top of all of this, several ladies were dissatisfied with the photos they received. Some ladies had duplicate copies of poses, reducing their number of available options. Others mentioned that there was an inconsistent number of photos taken for each person. Some ladies had 11 photos while others had up to 22 photos. They did not even get a chance to take a group photo as initially promised, as they were outdone by the gravity of disorganization and lack of preparation from the tour operator. Several of the ladies have requested a refund due to their experience. As a travel advisor, we rely heavily on the reviews and experiences of others to decide which activities to recommend to our clients. I will not be recommending this tour operator for the flying dress photoshoot in the future. It is in your best interest to pay the extra money for the other options available on Viator, especially if you have a large group.
