Excellent Dubai Safari Tour - Excellent communications, picked up on time from hotel, had a few chances to Upgrade services but no pressure. Buffet was ok but hot items were cold, I upgraded to the VIP section for an extra 50pp, which meant we had dinner 2 hours before the standard guests which was a godsend after a long day. Recommended company.

Great experience - Great experience, we book a private tour and our guide Asfaq made our Safari amazing. Seeing family and senior citizens he drove carefully. He is having good behaviour and he drove carefully all the time. He was very helpful throughout the tour. We really had great time.

Poor service - Worst service and food. They don't give extra plates to parents for buffet if kids are not coming to the queue. Barbecue is limited to one piece per person
