A 5 star experience from start to end - Excellent service and friendly assistance from start to end of the entire evening!! We chose the private Safari experience. Salim is a highly efficient and experienced driver with fluency in english and hindi. He guided us very well and gave us an unforgetable Safari ride. He is mild mannered and was very considerate to our needs. Knew perfect spots for photos and sand boarding. The camp was very neat , programs were good and ended with a spectacular fire dance display. Food and ambience matched the beautiful night as we were blessed with wonderful weather. All in all a 5 * experience

Amazing night in the desert - Our driver Salim was incredible! We had the most fun ever, felt safe and taken care of and can’t recommend him more! Everyone should do this trip!

Amazing desert experience - A superb experience with our guide Shaban. The company informed us of the pickup time (3pm) from our hotel and arrived on time in a spotlessly clean Landcruiser complete with a chiller box with plenty of water. We were driven for nearly an hour into the desert where we did a camel ride and photo with a falcon. We then had a thrilling 35 minutes of dune bashing as well as a go at sand surfing and plenty of time for photos. Then we were off for the dinner and evening show in the desert. The food was buffet style and offered a huge choice, soft drinks were included. My wife had a henna tattoo and we had a try with a shisha. After the show we were safely driven back to our hotel, arriving at about 9.45pm. This was an excellent, well organised and hugely enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience!!! - Fantastic experience! We did one 2 years ago, this one was much better. Our driver Shaban was excellent. Good food and entertainment, but the sand dune bashing was amazing!!

We did the research, and got the reward - After hours of research I settled on this experience for my family of four (kids 12 and 10). I chose this company because they use the farther Red Dunes, not the nearer (and smaller and less picturesque White Dunes). I opted for the private tour because I read that given the 4WDs can seat up to eight they can squeeze a family of four in with three strangers - delightful in 44 degree heat - resulting the kids ending up in the boot seats. The car was perfect for us, and clean. Pick up was on time after great Comms with driver. Our driver (Noori) was Pakistani, with great English, but I knew not to expect a tour guide with excellent UAE knowledge. Drive was about 50mins from Dubai Mall area to Red Dunes. We opted for the camel and falcon included, but not quad bikes. They are all provided at the first stop, and I was expecting pushing upselling of quad bikes - which didn’t eventuate. We were lucky to get the camel ride and falcon photos first; it appeared like a bit of a production line after us. The 4WDing was absolutely epic. We felt very safe. It didn’t feel rushed and we had plenty of time to get some photos and video along the way. The photo and sandboarding stop was perfect. Again, not rushed and the kids were satisfied with a couple of turns (and wipeouts), and our driver took us to an isolated spot to create some wonderful photos. 2 1/2 hours after starting camel ride into 4WDing we arrived at the dinner camp. Food was wonderful, shows were great, daughter loved henna and dress ups. Expect people trying to sell you sand in a bottle, and photos on a camel, and get over yourself. We do that to tourists in Australia as well!!

Great evening out with multiple activities - Well organized programme with multitude of activities including buggy driving, dune basking and great conclusion with food and programme at the “camp”.

Amazing Safari with great guide Salim - When coming to Dubai it’s easy to feel overwhelmed with choice for desert safaris. As a family with a 9yr old and 10yr old we were looking for a company who was offering enough to keep the kids engaged. The experience was excellent - we opted for a private safari and felt very lucky to be matched with our amazing driver Salim. He answered endless questions from the whole family, gave thorough explanations of each step of the safari and most importantly made us feel safe the whole time. The dune bashing is a thrill and I can see for some it could feel daunting but Salim was in total control and made us all feel at ease. It also turned out Salim was an excellent photographer so for all the parents (especially Mums) who feel like they are never in the holiday photos Salim made sure to create some amazing memories through photography. Sand boarding was a great time and the food at the desert camp surprisingly good for the whole family (plenty of options if you’re vegetarian). Lastly it’s hard not to mention the whole safari is done in a brand new comfortable Land Cruiser complete with roll bars for extra safety. My kids loved the fire twirlers and the experience left us with memories we will discuss for a long time. Thank you Salim!

Exhilarating and fun!! - Ahsan surprised us with the most exhilarating and adrenaline rush driving over the most beautiful red dunes!! He is the most professional driver and guide. We all had the best time!!! It is our last night on holiday and what a way to end it off. We can all definitely recommend this tour company and Ahsan. Dinner at the camp was good too. Suggest taking cash to the camp, because some of the vendors try charge you a crazy amount to make use of credit card facility, Ahsan helped us to resolve that too.
