- Hazuri Bagh - This beautiful garden, situated between Lahore Fort and Badshahi Mosque, was laid out by the powerful Sikh ruler Maharaja Ranjit Singh in 1818 AD. He ruled from 1799 to 1839 AD.
- Gali Surjan Singh - Lahore, a historic city, is the second most important business hub in Pakistan after Karachi. The Walled City of Lahore is particularly famous and significant, especially Delhi Gate, the Royal Trail route, Shahi Hammam, Elbow Street, and Gali Surjan Singh. Surjan Singh was a hakeem (traditional healer) and poet. Some authors note his generosity and treatment of many royals, which contributed to his popularity. The street is named after him because he lived there. Known for its cleanliness and decoration, it has been preserved with joint funding from the Pakistani and German governments, and you can see both countries’ flags outside the houses on this street. There are many interesting stories related to the Walled City of Lahore, which we will share during the tour.
- Masjid Wazir Khan - We will visit this stunning 17th-century mosque from the Mughal period, located in the Old Town (Walled City of Lahore) Androon Shehar. The mosque is a school of design and arts in itself. Built in 1635 by Shaikh Ilm-ud-din Ansari, the governor of Punjab during Shah Jahan’s reign, the mosque has an interesting history. Ansari, a native of Chiniot in district Jhang, was a close friend of Prince Khurram, who later became Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, the builder of the Taj Mahal. Shah Jahan awarded him the title of Wazir (minister). There is also a city named Wazirabad in his honor in Pakistani Punjab. After treating Noor Jahan, he received a substantial reward, which he used to build the mosque around the tomb of Sufi saint Syed Mohammad Ishaq Gazrooni (Miran Badshah), who migrated from Iran in the 13th century. Ansari also constructed many buildings, including a mosque in Chiniot.
- Shahi Hammam - These royal baths, built in 1635 AD during the reign of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan by Wazir Khan, the then governor of Lahore, are worth seeing and have received a merit award from UNESCO.
- Minar-e-Pakistan - Minar-e-Pakistan is a freedom tower with a rich history related to Pakistan’s independence. It was here that Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, passed a resolution on March 23, 1940, calling for a separate homeland for the Muslims of India. Pakistan was established on August 14, 1947. This is a must-see place.
- Delhi Gate - This is the most important of the 13 gates of the Walled City of Lahore. It features a royal trail route with many significant historical monuments. Named Delhi Gate because it faces towards Delhi.
- Masjid Shab Bhar - Known as the One Night Mosque, it was built overnight by Muslims during the colonial period due to a land dispute with Hindus. The next day, a magistrate declared it a mosque. Today, it is made of marble.
