several times now and they are always friendly, accommodating, informative and helpful. highly recommend seeing the bio bay here in La paguera and i will go back with Hook’d every time !!

6 Hour Charter with Bio-Bay Experience - We booked a 6 hour charter tour with Hook'd on Adventure (a locally owned family business) and the experience was ineffable. Our Captain was friendly and knowledgeable, and took us around the different cays in the vicinity. We had a wonderful view of the tropical sunset at Caracoles, and then headed to the lagoon to experience one of the most magical natural phenomena in existence: Bioluminescence. These tiny plankton, called dinoflagellates, produce the most spectacular light show you will ever see. We went on the exact date of a new moon, and once the twilight disappeared, the waters glowed with our movement. They were so bright under the shadow of the catamaran that it created reflections on the boat and lit up our faces. The way the sparkles shined underwater and on our skin felt like something out of the movie Avatar, except it was really happening! This is an experience we will never forget. We 100% recommend this business to give you a relaxed, personalized voyage of your lifetime.

Never disappointed - This is the 4th time I have done the Sunset Bio Bay tour with this company. They do not disappoint. Small groups up to 6 , maybe 8, per boat. No large loud screaming groups.. fun and knowledgeable. Edwin was our Captain. Very nice

Simply blown away - Oh my gosh!! If I could give a higher rating I would! We did the 2-hour sunset tour and it was better than I could have imagined! I honestly went into it with doubts. Only because my mind kept telling me it was impossible. But my goodness I was wrong. Nicole was our captain and she was so incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable about the bay and the animals in it. She took us to an area to watch the beautiful sunset and anchored so we could get in the water for a bit as the sun set. Then we boarded again and headed to the bioluminescence bay. She taught us the reasoning behind the glowing in the water and gave us tips and tricks to help it glow more. There was a cooler on board loaded with refreshments including alcoholic beverages. My kids can’t stop talking about it and quite frankly, neither can I. I can’t wait to come back and do it again! 363,626,736 stars out of 10 lol.

Booking and finding the... - Booking and finding the spot was easy. Service was great. We wanted to be in secluded areas (away from the fun but loud party boats) and Captain Angel took us to some awesome quiet cays were we were sometimes the only people. The water noodles were fun and let us relax. Our 7 year old LOVED the whole trip (us too but 7 year olds can be picky about anything involving sea water in the eyes!). Will use again!

Great Captain! An Unforgettable Harry Potter Experience! - Nicole was an awesome captain! It was great to have a young woman as captain of the boat tour! Very friendly, knowledgable and professional! Very confident and comfortable driving the boat at night. The bioluminecense tour was the best tour I've done in Puerto Rico so far! It was like a Harry Potter experience swimming in the bay and having the water glow around you. It was nice under the stars and an unforgettable time!!! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing time - This was my second time this year on the private charter with Captain Nicole. Both times I drove two hours from where I was staying to take the charter. I will do it every time I go to Puerto Rico . There is not enough words to say how amazing the charter is and how great Captain Nicole is . See you next year .

Bioluminescent Experience - Nicole was amazing! The boat tour was great and fun. She provides drinks during the tour. We went to Cayo Concha to swim with the fish and hangout in the sand bar then when the night came we headed to the bioluminescent beach where we swam around the boat and were able to experience the bioluminescent water. Nicole is very knowledgeable and very kind. She was able to take a picture of us with her own phone and a flash she brought with her. We also had the opportunity to see the sky full of stars!! It was a magical experience. I definitely enjoyed it and I recommend it 100%.
