Procedure for picking up passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO):
Passengers arriving at Orlando International Airport will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher as soon as the plane lands, providing the driver’s name, phone number, and the exact meeting point. The pick-up area at Orlando International Airport is on level 1 in the ground transportation commercial area, where you will find your assigned driver. Passengers have a 45-minute grace period from the time the flight lands to avoid any extra charges.
Procedure for picking up passengers at any hotel or resort:
Passengers being picked up at any other location will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation time with the driver’s name and phone number, followed by another call or text upon arrival at the pick-up area. Passengers have a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time to avoid any charges.
