Lake Country is celebrated for its bright, concentrated red wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Zinfandel, as well as fresh, aromatic whites made from Sauvignon Blanc. Cabernet Sauvignon has the most acreage, with Merlot coming in a distant second.
