Reassurance if it doesn’t go to plan - This is more of a reassurance than a review. Sadly there was too much cloud cover for our tour to go ahead. We were kept abreast of everything the day before and right up until cancellation, offered alternatives if we could and would like to take them and there were plenty of messages regarding the prompt refund that we received.

What a night! - Simply but beautifully tailored tour of the southern hemisphere skies. Fantastically knowledgeable guide with exactly the right level of science and mind blowing facts. Warm blankets, hot chocolate didn’t hurt either. Saw the Milky Way, constellations, nebulas, Jupiter and Mars. A real highlight on a holiday full of amazing sights.

Great trip for those fascinated by the stars. - A fascinating evening of star gazing with enthusiastic, knowledgeable and entertaining guide Erik. Hot chocolate, toasted marshmallows, comfortable seats and warm blankets all added to the experience. We particularly liked the digital telescope which offered fabulous colour views of distant Nebulae. Well worth the money. Try to avoid a night when the moon is too prominent if possible. We had a 60% moon and this made moon viewing great but fewer stars were visible to the naked eye. i don't think it really affected the telescopes though.

Lots of interesting... - Lots of interesting information and while we did struggle with a few passing clouds it was a very good time. Seeing the stars/planets through the telescopes was amazing. A cold might so dress warmly! Hot chocolate & marshmallows was a nice touch!

Small tour with amazing guides - We totally enjoyed this activity. Our guides Erik and Althea were awesome, very knowledgeable and passionate. It wasn't a very clear night but we were still able to see some stunning nebulae. Being a small group, we felt that it wasn't rushed. We were given ample time each to look into the telescopes. And that's good because the nebulae are just amazing to look at! Also loved the hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows 😋

Still amazing inspire of bad weather. Very accommodating. - We were unfortunate enough to have a very cloudy night for our tour. The guides attempted to still try and offered a full refund when it was cut short. We did get to see some pretty cool things in parts of the sky that were visible. Our guide was so knowledgeable and engaging! We even got to see Jupiter plus moons and a nebula in Orion’s Belt through the telescope before the clouds took over. Even with all we did get in a short time, they still gave us a full refund. I can only imagine how incredible it would have been on a clear night.
