Amazing desert experience Marrakech - Amazing trip to the desert with camel ride and fantastic food, served under the stars with fire and lamp light. Lovely Camel ride & Dark sky safari - We spent a lovely evening in the Agafay desert which was a short drive from Marrakesh. We chose this excursion because it allowed us to try a camel ride but also to stay out and have dinner under a flawless night sky. We stayed, and I am leaving a review because of our guide Ibrahim. He was very friendly, spoke great English and when we asked him about day trips he would recommend he was able to help us and to organise one for us where we could do all of the things we wanted to do. He was also able to take us on that trip. I would recommend spending an evening in the desert and especially the camel ride.

Excellent! - It was a spectacular experience! The driver was super nice and I felt safe and comfortable. The experience on the camels and the scenery was incredible. and the dinner was amazing !

Excellent experience- would highly recommend - This was an amazing excursion from beginning to end. Our driver & guide, Hisham, was the BEST: On time, well organized, super knowledgeable about the geographical area, the culture, the food, & the people. He’s professional & enthusiastic & clearly very passionate about making sure his clients have an enjoyable & authentic experience. The camel ride itself was fun with lovely views of the expansive desert & the “campsite” that was set up for us was the perfect place to watch the sun set. The dinner was delicious; we had tajine many times during our trip, but this meal was the best one by far: the food was fresh, flavorful & perfectly prepared. Hisham also did a fantastic job of explaining how to make it & gave us detailed tips to try at home. We had a fantastic time- I would definitely recommend it! I wish we could’ve stayed longer & gone on more excursions with Hisham!

Once in a lifetime experience - One of the best tours I’ve been on! Hisham picked us up directly from our villa and took us into the desert. He was an absolutely amazing guide, so friendly and accommodating and answering all our questions. He let us stop off on the way to take some photos! The camel ride was so much fun (some of us were scared to do this but by the end everyone loved it). The dinner experience at the end was truly magical and it felt like we were by ourselves in the desert. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend this tour to everyone.

Fantastic company in Marrakesh - Our experience with Toukbal Guide was absolutely amazing. We did the half day experience in the Agafay Desert, riding camels and having a delicious meal cooked for us by Hkemmi and we also spent a day in the Atlas Mountains on a guided tour. I have never really booked tours before but this experience has really changed my mind about doing so. We had Ibrahim as our driver and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was knowledgeable, friendly and so accommodating. We felt very lucky to have him on our trips. The camel experience was out of this world- we couldn’t believe that just a short drive from Marrakesh you could be in the desert. The sound of silence was humbling. Hkemmi and his son made us feel so welcome and made the camel ride amazingly fun. We then had a delicious traditional meal round a camp fire as the stars came out. It was magical. Our day in the Atlas Mountains was fantastic. Again we were driven by Ibrahim who gave us so much information and stopped along the way to give us facts and amazing photo opportunities. We were met by another Ibrahim in Imilin village and taken around the Berber villages and waterfalls. We we then given an amazing lunch with breathtaking views in the mountains at a local Riad prepared by Abdul. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on holiday and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Expertly Organised Experiences - I can’t rate Toubkal Guide highly enough! We booked two trips with them. Our driver Ibrahimm was so accommodating, hospitable and never made us feel rushed. He collected us from the airport and drove us to two of our trips. He was so personable and chatty and answered all of our random questions about life in Morroco, he really made us feel welcome. Our Agafay trip was tremendous. We rode camels across the desert with Kihemi and his son, had a delicious meal prepared for and we watched the sun set and stars come out in a tent with an open fire. I don’t usually book tours and experiences but this really was a magical part of our trip. We also booked to go into Atlas Mountains for a hike and some lunch. Ibrahimm drove us again and told us all about his village. There was always plenty of opportunities to take pictures and he was always happy to stop. We had a guide called Ibrahimm in Imlil who took us on a hike. He was a great host, explaining things as we walked and also answering all our questions. He was with us whenever went into shops and stop offs to help us out. We stopped for lunch at a Riad at the end of our walk and we’re really well fed. We thought the huge plate of veggies, pasta and aubergine dips and much more was our whole lunch so we dived in before realising there was a huge tagine coming! We ate so well and felt really looked after. All in all everyone we interacted with through Toubkal Guide was really friendly, spoke great English and nothing was ever too much trouble. This is the first time I’ve booked experiences like this and wish for my future bookings to be like this! Thanks again.
