Mount Leuser - As the cheeky monkey wake you up in the morning, it’s time to leave for a day full of adventure. We enter the beautiful world heritage of Gunung Leuser National Park. Along the way we stop frequently to drink, eat some sweet fruits and observe the beautiful Orangutans from a safe and respectful distance in their natural habitat. You can experience how Tarzan felt, living in the Jungle. You taste the nicest fruits this Jungle has to offer, while
I tell you everything you need to know about the fauna, flora etc. If we are lucky we are able to spot the Thomas leaf monkey, the noisy white-handed gibbon, macaques or other beautiful wildlife creatures. In the afternoon I’ll provide you a homemade lunch. Fried rice served in a banana leave, so you can taste all the nicest flavors Indonesia has to offer. After spending a wonderful day in the jungle we tube back to BL on the Bohorok river, so you can experience how it is to have the jungle as your backyard.

Amazing close-up encounters with wild orangutangs. - We had Heru from Happy Trails, who also works for the Gunung Lesure Nationalpark, as our private tour guide and he was always a step ahead of the other guides. On both the 6 hour trek and on the 3 hour trek he spotted wild orangutangs for us, mothers with cups, that came very close to us. Simply amazing and something we will never forget. He also brought us in good sight of the shy Gibbon and very close to the Thomas Leaf Monkey. He also showed us the beautiful Hornbill, the big jungle squirrel and a wild hog! Heru provided much information and many stories about the wild animals in the jungle and we also enjoyed his good company on a half-day tour in the area of Bukit Lawang and on the love tube ride down the river. Heru is the best.

Jungle adventure - We enjoyed our trip with ricky ricardo! We saw about 7 oerangetangs. We loved the fresh fruit and lunch. We also enjoyed the tubing back. If you want to contact him +62812-3910-8875
