Jungle walla the best tour group in the Geo Park - This tour operation is Excellent. The tour we had was about 3 hours. (It was listed as 2.5 hours but they showed us more of the park.) The staff are very knowledgeable and very relaxed. They went through safety procedures before we left the jetty and allowed grown up who could swim to make a decision on the wearing of life vests … these can be very hot to wear within the mangroves. They had water available when we needed it. The boat driver knew the area well and made stops where he knew we may see wildlife without the guide requesting it. Our guide knew all the details about the mangrove trees in situ, their life cycles and the link to the rocks and salt water of the area. The old historical charcoal production site situated within the mangrove banks was very interesting. We saw a number of kingfishers, eagles, kites and monkeys. Unfortunately the snakes were not seen. (The tour was during high tide. ). The fish were also entertaining squirting water at us. The only negative was the iPhones got too hot in the mangrove and the phone companies didn’t know whether we were in Malaysia or Thailand. This is where you need a proper camera that functions in the heat. The transport from to and from the hotel was on time and the driver was also knowledgable about the area. It is a shame that Covid has had an impact on tourism in this area. It is well worth visiting and great value for money.

Great Mangrove Tour - We bookednit by the recommendation of hotel, as they are one of the ethical and environmentally friendly organization. Indeed, it was really great. Our Guide Masyi and Captain Firdaus was very professional. Masyi explained all the details and had answer to my questions. We saw monkeys and eagles (do not feed them!!!) , also bats in a cave and spotted viper (we were lucky). Highly recommended! Thank you Jungle Walla!

the importance of the mangroves - We do enjoy tours in the nature, the tour guide (Azri) was very good in explaining about the mangroves, birds and the general life of animals and insects in the area. he explained how important the mangroves are in the nature and especially in case of tsunami. he showed us how the plants, in diferent ways survived in salt water all in all this expedition was a big eye opener for how important and necessary are the mangroves in the nature

The Best Mangrove Tour in Langkawi - One of the best experiences of our trip in Langkawi. Afie was our guide and we really appreciate the amazing attention to detail and love for nature that she has. She gave us a wealth of knowledge about the mangroves and the geoforest park. We visited during a low tide and were able to witness a lot of the wildlife in the mangroves. This tour also goes through paths that are not traditionally taken by other tours and so it offers a really true experience of the area.

Great experience! - We went for a mangrove tour with Azri from Junglewalla and it was a great experience! Azri gave us lots of information about the mangrove, its importance and its inhabitants. They are a eco tourism company and they don't feed the eagles nor the monkeys, which is something that should be supported by the tourists (and Azri will tell you why)!

Mangrove tour with JungleWalla - It was a pleasant experience. The way Shafwan explained everything, showed everything was simply amazing. The amount of thought this team is putting into explaining the wildlife and how to protect them in the mangroves is the need of the hour across the tourist spots.

10/10 would recommend - We had an amazing time with Azri! The boat had a good speed to see all the wild life and be able to follow his detailed explainations. We were especially happy that we did NOT feed the eagles or monkeys, nevertheless we could see all those animals. Would book this tour any time again, it was our highlight in Langkawi.
