A pleasant week in Langtang Valley - We had a very nice trek together with our guide Norris, who led us through the beautiful mountains of Langtang. After a long bus ride from Kathmandu we started the next morning from Gatlang. Our trek was just before the season starts here, so the path wasn’t always perfectly accessible. However Norris knew the way very well. We did underestimate the difficulty of the trek a little bit. We come from the Netherlands, where there are no mountains. We both visited France, but the mountains in Nepal are different. Norris listened to this and came with solutions to make the trek programe better suitable for us. On the way it was very sociable, we talked a lot. The hotels we slept were good and the hosts were attentive. On the way we saw some very nice mountains and the nature we past was beautiful most of the times. Thank you Norris for this pleasant week.
