Loved everything about it - We loved everything about this tour! We enjoyed learning about the different African tribes and their culture, the food was amazing, and our driver went above and beyond for our group!

Best Trip We could have taken - Our driver and tour guide Tibone was knowledgeable, reliable. It’s my understanding he does other tours and we would love to have him do another tour for use. Most importantly he was honest and trustworthy! Thank you for making our experience so memorable!

It is worth it ! - 1 hour from JNB, a clean experience that was well worth doing... a cultural immersion, a walk through history, the dances, the music of South Africa... I did it in the afternoon with dinner... very good

Great experience, fantastic guide. - Lesedi Cultural Village was definitely worth a trip and can easily be recommended. However, what impressed us the most was our guide from Tsalanang Tours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and reflective, and gave good, thoughtful answers to all our questions about everything from Soweto and Mandela, to various ethnic groups in Africa and South Africa's challenges today. He was otherwise very helpful and pleasant, gave good tips about places to eat and things to experience in Johannesburg and elsewhere. We are incredibly satisfied, and can strongly recommend Tsalanang Tours.

Great experience, wonderful guide - We really enjoyed the Lesedi Cultural Village. The shows were really good, the food was excellent, everything was great. Our tour guide Thabang/Tsalanang Tours was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, intelligent, friendly and just a really really great guide!

Cultural Wonders and Historical Insights - I had an incredible experience with Tsalanangt Tours hosted by Thabang Molefe. Our visit to Lesedi Cultural Village was unforgettable, and Thabang's ability to customize the trip, including a day around Johannesburg, was exceptional. Exploring the Apartheid Museum and taking a township tour in Soweto, with insights into Mandela's house and the rich history of South Africa, made our journey both enlightening and enriching. Thabang's dedication to ensuring our safety throughout the trip added an extra layer of comfort. I highly recommend Thabang to everyone for a memorable and safe exploration of South Africa.

DO NOT MISS THIS! - An absolute MUST do!. This is a hidden gem amongst the available visits around the Johannesburg area. South Africa is rich in cultural history. The Lesedi Cultural Village brings it all together. We were introduced to Zulu, Xhosa, Ndebele, Sotho and  Pedi villages, customs, music and dance. We played drums, introduced ourselves in 5 different languages (or we tried :) ) and got to ask questions. It is clear that these folks have a passion for sharing the amazing cultures here in South Africa. We had been with Thabang while learning about Soweto, so we were thrilled when he was available to join us here. Please, take a short trip to Lesedi Village. Learn, share, experience and be surrounded by the sights, sounds and music of South Africa's native cultures. We ended our time at Lesedi with a delightful lunch that introduced us to some traditional South African food. DO NOT MISS THIS!

Totally worth it - The Lesedi Cultural village experience was spectacular. The staff were welcoming. The entertainment was so much fun. We learnt a lot about the different tribes in South Africa, their different norms and cultures and of course their amazing African cuisine. I highly recommend this tour and well as our amazing tour guide, Thabang!
