From Airport to Hotel

• The driver will be waiting for the passenger at the airport arrival exit or hotel lobby, holding a name tag. The waiting time is 2 hours from the actual arrival time. It is necessary to provide the pickup name, flight number, and drop-off address.

From Hotel to Airport

• The driver will collect the name tag and wait in the hotel lobby. Pickup time is scheduled for 3.5 hours before international flights and 2.5 hours before domestic flights. The pickup name, flight number, and drop-off address must be provided.

Note:

• Tip is not included.
• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours from the actual arrival. After this period, the vehicle will be canceled.
• Large baggage service is not included.
• In case of flight delays, the flight information will be checked first, and the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly. Only the flight information printed on this voucher can be checked.
• If a driver cannot be located for any reason, it is the passenger’s responsibility to call for assistance using the phone number provided on the voucher before making alternative arrangements.
• Any changes to the pickup/drop-off information must be modified immediately.
• Unless specified otherwise, only one medium-sized baggage is allowed per person. Small baggage must fit on the knees. If the baggage exceeds the vehicle’s space, the passenger is responsible for paying the taxi fare to transport the baggage.
