Perfect service, on time and competitive prices. - I ordered a taxi from iTaxi from Larnaca airport to Aiya Napa. Fotos, our amazing driver, was there to pick us up exactly on time. He also had a child seat ready for us in his car for our baby. The price was the best we found.
Fotos, our driver, was extremely reliable from the first minute, and did everything he could to give us the best service possible. He also helped us with a last minute request, when no other taxi's were available in the whole area due to a big concert in town- he definitely goes the extra mile for his clients.
I highly recommend iTaxi, and in my case specifically Fotos.

Airport transfer - Had booked airport transfer and upon landing we had a message from our driver informing us where they were waiting, very easy to find with a named sign, very friendly and helpful driver who assisted us with our luggage to a nice, clean, comfortable and air conditioned car. Would highly recommend and definitely would use again if returned. By far was one of the best value taxi services available to book.

Easy, stress-free airport transfer - Easy to book online. Great communication, available via Whatsapp and email. Waiting as promised at the airport for us. Quick, easy transfer to our hotel, then the same in the opposite direction at the end of our holiday.

Airport Transfer - The process of booking, the great communication and the actual transfer was second to none. We have booked the return trip to the airport.
Coach transfer? Not a chance, would do this every time.

Wonderful service despite the TUI chaos. - Easy to book online, nice clear communications.
Was due to land at Larnaca Airport early evening but unfortunately TUI decided they needed to drop a crew member off, en-route, and stopped at Paphos first!
By the time we arrived at Larnaca Airport we were 2 hours late. The taxi driver was nowhere to be seen.
I rang the company and spoke to a guy who was very helpful and whose English was excellent. I explained the situation and he explained that the flight scheduling had been updated to show us as being diverted and actually landing at Paphos. This meant our driver was sat waiting for us at the wrong airport!
However, thanks to his efforts a driver was with us within 10 mins of that call.
Good, comfortable vehicle and driver was polite and journey good.
