Would definitely use service again - The communication was amazing, I had regular updates about the cab and they asked follow up questions to make sure dates and times were correct. I changed my pick up time the night before and they answered quickly to confirm.
Cars were comfortable and the drivers were friendly and punctual. Would definitely use this service again.

Good, frendly and reliable service - We was collected from the airport (on time) and taken to our hotel on the way we was talking about going to a shop to get some provisions and the driver said he could do that on the way to the hotel if we wanted to do so, we excepted his offer and stopped for about 15 minutes, on arrival at our hotel he offered to help getting our shopping to the room, which was not necessary. We had already been given a cost from Itaxi’s (60 Euros) and on asking him how much we owed him he replied ‘’it’s 60 Euros’’ he did not add anything for stopping we did give him something for stopping which would have cost us the following day if we had to go out for shopping. At the end of our holiday Itaxi’s collected us and returned us safely to the airport and for the same cost as quoted, both car nice and clean and both drivers friendly. I would recommend them to you ALL.

Excellent Taxi Service - Excellent professional service. This was our first visit to Cyprus and we were unsure of what company to use rather than taking the Tour Operator Coach. The service from booking to being picked up was excellent and we would highly recommend to anyone who who is considering using I-Taxi Cyprus. We decided to use the service again coming back. Driver arrived spot on time, put our cases in car and safely got us to the Airport.

Amazing! - What an amazing company. From the initial booking, to emails checking the car seats for my children to confirming our pick up when we were arriving and leaving, I could not fault this company. The lovely driver who picked us up when we landed, Maria, was amazing. She helped with our cases, spoke with our boys and showed an interest in our holiday. The car journey was smooth and made us feel at ease. We will definitely be booking the private transfer again when we return to Cyprus either next year or the year after. They’ve set the standard high for private transfer companies.
Also, we found them very responsibly priced! Cheaper than if we booked private transfer in our package holiday!

Excellent transportation experience with iTaxi Cyprus - My whole experience from booking to traveling with this company was no less than smooth and excellent. Their booking system is very fast (you get confirmation immediately), and they rest of the "journey" is designed for you to feel safe - company contacted me ahead of time with pick up and driver's details. We had an issue with slow progress on passport control and we were at risk to be late at pick up place. I sent n email and got response next minute, confirming very politely that driver will wait as long as needed. It's very relaxing experience, especially when you travel somewhere with young kids for the first time.
I even did not need to arrange return trip, driver who drove us to hotel collected info about our return and I just got an email that travel is arranged one day before our return. Very swift, agile and customer friendly! My recommedations!

Great service - After forgetting to book a private transfer from the airport we quickly looked on trip advisor and emailed iTaxi on the morning of our flight. Maria came back to me right away to confirm they could pick us up later that day. Once we landed our driver had messaged us with his location. The driver was exactly were he said he would be with car seats as promised for the kids. The driver was professional, welcoming and informative, starting our holiday off well. We paid by card using his terminal and booked for our return a week later. The return journey was just as good with another of iTaxis drivers. I would highly recommend iTaxi and will use them again when we return to the island.

Fabulous, reliable family-owned taxi Larnaca to Protaras - iTaxi Cyprus were fantastic for our return trip from Larnaca airport to Protaras. They were reliable - waiting exactly where they said they would be when our flight arrived and picked us up exactly at the time required from our hotel for our return trip to the airport. Our taxi drivers were very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and the taxis were lovely and clean. This company also offer tours of the local area.
We would definitely use them when we next visit Cyprus and would highly recommend this company to other travellers.
