Tour note ten, guides note a thousand - Accompanied by the Guide Marcela and the driver José Juán, we had an excellent experience. Our guides were extremely friendly, caring and caring (my wife is pregnant and were always very kind). Marcela is very charismatic. I would undoubtedly repeat the experience, and I recommend it to everyone.

Vale Nevado is enchanting! - Wonderful place. Snow or no snow, it's worth a lot. The access road in itself is already a spectacle. Once there, the snow-capped peaks are an invitation to contemplation and leisure. I recommend!

Must visit - It is an absolutely moving landscape. They have to go! Turistik is a very good agency and they offer an excellent service. Once in Valle Nevado, I recommend buying the ticket that allows you to ski and not the one that only gives access to the gondola. It's the same cost, and that way if they eventually get the urge to ski, they can just rent the equipment and do it. I made the mistake of buying the gondola ticket, and when I wanted to ski they told me I had to buy a new ticket.

Wonderful view of the mountain range - Fantastic experience in visiting one of the highest points in the Andes mountain range. Despite the difficulties in getting there, as it had snowed a lot in the previous days, here is a compliment to the Sousas Tour team (our guide Milena and driver Alex) who went out of their way to take us there. Show team!!

Frustrating Valle Nevado Tour - Unfortunately we had a bad ride, waste of time and money due to lack of organization from Turistik! It was a great frustration. At the exit point of Street: Ricardo Lyon all happened normally, without any delay. The problem started at RENTAL, a lack of organization, there were no clothes for everyone who was there. The business seemed like a fair free of so disorganized. We arrived at the Rental approximately at 07:20 only at 08:50 we left there, after a lot of discussion and complaint of the delay. At that moment the guide who was with our group said that one person was missing, but that “person” was not from our Van but from the other group (a White Van). After we followed the journey, arriving in Valle Nevado the guide advised us to wait in the Van that the row of equipment was very full, so we stayed another 50 minutes in the Van waiting for her to authorize. The queue only increased, we lost 50 minutes sitting in the Van being that we could already be in queue waiting to be taken care of. Our package included ski lessons (we paid for it) the schedule was scheduled for 14:00 - 16:00, it makes no sense to take the class when the park is closing the activities. We went into the park at 13:10 we had all the trouble due to the lack of preparation of the Turistik team, and we paid to have comfort and not face all this waiting stress. The guide for several times was far away, she handed me one adult ticket and another child, being only me and my wife. For us it was an experience of lost time and money, we did not know how to ski, we paid lessons and we had no way to do. On the turn the Van driver seemed lost in the city, we were turning around Santiago and when we reached the point of decision the boy did not warn us that it was to go down, we stayed in the Van and had to go down at another point because of lack of information.
