Wonderful time jet skiing - We had a great couple of hours doing this Jet Ski, none of us had done this before but all 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed it, me personally could only manage 1 hour as it is surprisingly hard work but the younger people loved 2 hours, great experience with friendly helpful staff, thank you. We will definitely Jet Ski again.

5 stars for the lads at flash - What an amazing experience, I went with my wife and there was another couple with us . So much fun the sea was a bit rough but that made it more fun. The guys are very nice and the captain was a really nice guy great personality and a fantastic guide. The man is a ridiculously good photographer

10/10 worth trying - Very professional, great instructors. Made sure to make everyone feel safe and made it very easy to learn how to ride. Would recommend to anyone.

Fun Jet Ski Experience in Tenerife - For the first time the three of us booked a jet ski experience and had no regrets. Relaxed atmosphere and plenty of explanation. Made a lot of waves and blows which only made the experience more fun;-)

Wait for pick up longer than experience - The jet ski experience was good, although the 1 hour tour is more like 45 minutes. We arranged to be picked up from our hotel and the bus was late and our wait for the bus on the way back was longer than the time we were actually on the jet skis. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait to be picked up but were still waiting over an hour later. Photos were very pricey too. I thought that 55 euros for a family was extremely steep and taking advantage of you being unable to have a record of the experience unless you purchased the photos on offer. The wait afterwards marred the whole experience with very little explanation on why there was such a delay.

Not good not bad - My bf and I booked this flash to go jet skiing, at first we thought it wasn't a bad price (€110 for a double for a hour) it includes pick up and drop off. We booked through the phone gave a name and the hotel we were at, we waited outside for transfer they were a bit late but we didn't mind. They drove passed and turned the corner, there was no label or way to show it was flash so we thought it was a normal taxi or someone else's, until a man got out the car and came up to us hurrying us along tutting. The ride was quite long but was glad we made it, they kept asking for a ticket which we had to make clear we didn't have as we booked through phone. We then got taken in to reception and off we went. The jet ski was fun and had little problem with it. They take a few photos of you circling the boat on the jet ski which was fun. When we got back to land they showed us to the reception and showed of the pictures, even with a good camera they weren't the best and we had to pay €30 for photos already taken. We said no and they lowed down to €20, we said we would pay €10 and the guy huffed and shoed us away. He then said it was 30 min wait for transfer and we were a 30 min drive away from hotel. Ended up being 45 min wait.

Avoid Flash Jet Ski - I am extremely disappointed with the terrible experience we had with this company. What was supposed to be an exciting and enjoyable jet ski adventure turned into a complete nightmare. First, my mum’s jet ski was partially broken and not functioning properly—it wouldn’t accelerate and was clearly not safe to use. This forced the entire group to constantly stop, turn off the engines, and float aimlessly on the water instead of actually jet skiing. This ruined the experience for everyone in the group, and it was clear the equipment was not properly maintained. To make matters worse, the “free transfer” service we were promised was a complete disaster. We were told that as soon as the trip was over, we would be taken back. However, no one informed us that we would be forced to wait for an additional hour for the next group to finish their 2-hour session before we could leave. This lack of communication and disregard for our time was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The overall management, equipment, and customer service were absolutely appalling. This was, by far, the worst jet skiing experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly recommend avoiding this branch at all costs. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable and professional company to book with. This was an utter waste of time and money, and I will never return.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! - Went there on a jetski from the start the staff was very rude and angry. Later in a guide told me to start the jetski as i did next thing i knew the guide appeared in front of me and crashed. He was VERY angry as i understood a bit but it was a bit too much. Then when a came too shore the owner was there and was very rude and angry. He told me that he was going too send some photos later on he told me it was 250 EUR that i had to pay he told me that they had no insurance for something like this which is absolutely absurd. I told him i was willing too take half responsibility for the miscommunication which he did not like and threatened too call the police.

Flash jetski tours - They have no insurance for accident. My friend hit his jetski and broke Little bit of plastic. They charged him 250 euros for the work that would maximum take 1 hour to fix.
