Fuerteventura’s mountainous interior offers a volcanic landscape that extends far beyond its sunny beaches. The best way to explore this rugged terrain is through a full-day 4x4 tour.

Venturing off-road onto winding tracks, you’ll traverse the lunar-like scenery of Roque de Moro, one of the island’s tallest volcanic peaks. Here, you’ll be treated to stunning views of the windswept west coast before descending to Cofete. This largely deserted village is home to the enigmatic Winter Villa, rumored to have been a Nazi hideout after World War II.

There will be a photo stop at Cofete beach, and if the weather permits, additional beach time on the east coast, before heading to El Puertito. This is the perfect opportunity to explore, swim, or enjoy a meal. The final stop of the day is at Punta de Jandia, the southernmost tip of Fuerteventura.
