Unforgettable Day! - I booked this tour via Tripadvisor after looking for something to do on the island that got me immersed in the local culture, nature and meant I could learn more about Gran Canaria as I’d not visited before. Exceptional customer contact and service from Ana prior to the tour. I was kept informed every step of the way via Tripadvisor messages and WhatsApp. TIP: share your number with Climbo when booking as this was invaluable for them keeping in touch. Pick up and drop off times at my hotel were on time. TIP: if your hotel isn’t on the list of pick up options, just message Climbo and they’ll sort it out for you. Plenty of opportunities to use the bathroom throughout the day and all of the facilities were exceptionally clean. Cheese and other local produce tasting was fab, Antonio was so lovely and funny. He and a lady gave us plenty to taste without any pressure to buy. But definitely worth purchasing something and great to support the local community with doing so. Food & wine at our dinner were delicious and it was a great opportunity to socialise with everyone from the tour. All of the people on the tour were really nice, from all over the world and I made some lovely connections. Calima got in the way of the perfect sunset but that’s the Gran Cañarían weather so not unexpected. Meant an alternative stop for the sunset but it was still a beautiful spot. Our guides Mike and Santiago were very knowledgeable, passionate about the island, caring, kind and funny. Safety was their top priority at all times and they were very vigilant with this especially when we went to the caves as the terrain was very unstable. This was an alternative stop due to the calima but so worth it. The minibus was very clean and comfortable with great air con even right at the back. Suggestion for an improvement: a speaker system to hear the guides knowledge all throughout the minibus as Mike knew so much I didn’t want to miss any of it! Overall a great, full day out that I’d highly recommend and definitely do again myself. Thank you Ana, Mike and Santiago for an unforgettable day 🙏🏻💜

Nice tour! - Was a great day trip with great views and interesting info. At the viewpoints, the guide gave us interesting facts about the area and the flora&fauna. He was humorous. He knew a lot and could answer the questions asked. He is also a great photographer ;) (very valuable if you travel alone and like to have nice souvenir photos). Unfortunately we could not do the originally planned hike (due to heat warnings), but the guide immediately had a plan B in his pocket. In which he could shine with a breathtaking view and a lot of knowledge. Too bad we could not see a sunset due to the strong Calima sandstorm. Only negative point: From the time I was picked up until we picked up the last person 2h passed. 30-45min passed before we arrived at the first sightseeing point. Too long for me personally. On the way back the groups were split up so I was back at the hotel within 1h.
