definitely recommended! - a very nice excursion! Definitely recommended if you want to see certain highlights such as the Bandema crater and botanical gardens. The guide was very friendly and had many nice points to share together with the bus driver Super Valentino, definitely recommended!

Good Excursion. Great Guide. Lovely Day Out - The guide was very friendly, informative & helpful. He spoke in 4 different languages. You had time to do your own thing & didn't have to stay with the guide or group. The bus was well air conditioned. Stops v close to hotels, of not outside. Would book again

Good way to see parts of the island without hiring a car - Trip took us to the places we wanted to visit. Worked well. Tour guide was excellent. He went out of his way to ensure we joined the group- we joined in the centre of Las Palmas - unlike the rest ofthe group. He had excellent language skills.

Beautiful hike - Impressive descent , very rough and therefore slippery Good footwear is recommended Down in the crater there is an old wine press and a homestead , not quite clear whether it is inhabited or not Otherwise only nature. The rock faces are very impressive It is worth simply lingering below No people on our visit , you could only hear the birds If you still have some time , you can still circle the crater rim which is also very nice You should be dizzy, though , because it only goes down vertically goes , the path is good but a bit narrow

Not necessarily for nature lovers - Unfortunately, the photo doesn't do the reality justice; the botanical garden is currently completely dry and the plant labels are sparse and almost only in Spanish. The tour is very well organized.

In a short time you can discover nice places - The fact that I could go to different important/popular spots in Las Palmas in just one day was nice.

An average experience - The tour guide and driver were excellent. Everything was punctual and I've no complaints about the operation. However, it was a quite boring. The botanic gardens were forgettable, as was the crater, and there was little to see in the towns visited.

Unsafe, Incompetent, and Disgraceful: This Company Left Me Stranded as a Solo Female Traveler – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - If you value your safety, well-being, and the quality of your holiday, steer clear of this abysmal company. They left me—a solo female traveler—stranded with no concern for my safety, well-being, or even basic customer service. This is not just an oversight; it’s a gross display of incompetence and negligence that could have ended disastrously. After being picked up for the tour, we waited over 30 minutes for other tourists to join, making it clear the company was more interested in maximizing their schedule than keeping to the itinerary. We were instructed to be back at the bus for the next leg of the tour at 12:20. However, when I arrived on time, the bus was gone. Yes, you read that correctly—GONE! They didn’t wait until the stated time, didn’t do a headcount, and made no effort whatsoever to ensure every single passenger was accounted for. This company simply abandoned me. I waited 5 minuets after the pick up time thinking that the tour bus was maybe late or stuck in traffic, but became worried as I couldn't see other passengers waiting. Frantic, I called their customer service at 12:25 (just five minutes past the supposed pick-up time). No answer. Called again at 12:26. No answer. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they outright refused to come back and pick me up, even though there was still plenty of time to rectify their mistake. They also refused to arrange any other form of transportation for me to return to my hotel, leaving me completely stranded an hour away from where I was staying. The so-called "resolution" offered by customer service? Wait four hours for them to complete the tour and swing by to get me on their way back. This was not an option, as their utter disregard for my safety had already shattered any trust I had left in this company. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to try to blame ME for being left behind, claiming that everyone else was there and that I called only at 12:40. Well, guess what? I have the evidence: call logs, timestamps, and photos proving I was present on time. Their refusal to take responsibility shows how little they value their customers or even basic human decency. Thanks to this company’s total lack of organization and compassion, I was left vulnerable, panicking, and at the mercy of strangers. Fortunately, a kind tourist guide at an information desk helped me get to a bus station, where I eventually made my own way back to the hotel—something this company refused to assist with. I lost an entire afternoon of my holiday and missed one of the highlights of my trip. This was my last day, and I had waited two weeks for this tour, only for it to end in disaster. I have since read other reviews and found this is not an isolated incident. This company has a history of leaving people behind and then blaming the victims. Their responses to negative reviews only add insult to injury, showing no willingness to learn or improve. The fact that they continue to advertise on platforms like TripAdvisor is shameful and reflects poorly on those platforms for endorsing such a dreadful business. Bottom line: AVOID this company at all costs. Their complete disregard for customer safety, refusal to take accountability, and dismal customer service will not only ruin your holiday but could potentially put you in danger. This company should not be allowed to operate any tours, let alone serve customers who trust them with their time and safety.

Absolute cowboys, avoid VIMOTIONS like the plaque. - Booked, received email stating pickup was 9:35 from our hotel, I arrived outside 20 MINUTES early, in case the bus was early. Fast forward until 9:50, still no sign of arrival, so I decided to give the tour provider a message. A few minutes later, I received a response stating that ‘Hello! The guide picked up eight persons in your pick up point and you was not in the pick up point You can take a taxi and go to the Tropical Park hotel to being pick up’ Absolute BS. We were the only people waiting outside the hotel, the entire time, I ensured I’d given all of the correct details, double checked even. So, I took it up with tripadvisor to request a refund. At this point, I was a bit disgruntled, but provided I could get my money back, it wasn’t the end of the world. After a while, I received the following response: ‘The tour operator has provided documentation of their passenger manifests confirming other travelers were picked up from the same departure point as the booking in question.’ Either, the tour operator is a colossal idiot and doesn’t know which hotel is which, (bare in mind, I’ve been to Gran Canaria numerous times and I’m confident in my ability to select the correct hotel, etc) or they are utter liars…you decide. I’ve booked a variety of excursions over the years at Gran Canaria with many different travel firms, and this is the first time I’ve dealt with VIMOTIONS. Safe to say it’s the last. To recap, driver never turned up, then told me to spend additional money to get a taxi several miles away to a different hotel, and finally, after requesting a refund due to their incompetence, I was refused as they the bus had arrived, hmmm. VIMOTIONS….more like violator of customer service. I took a chance on a company which had minimal customer service reviews, I won’t do it again. I urge you all to steer WELL clear of these crooks, don’t let them take you from a ride! I mean, they probably won’t as they likely won’t turn up anyway.
