Enough to know the city - Good option to get to know the city in a day. Price something expensive, but it is the price of tourism. There are two girls who inform very well before getting on the bus.Others sell the ticket.

Cruise Trip - Heavy traffic on route amd lots of passengers. Guide plug in not working at some seats. Long waits once onboard.

Not for us - sorry! - The staff at the selling point were not very friendly - the process was slow. On the bus everyone heads for the upper deck. We found a great number of the ear peace sockets were broken. As a couple you were faced sitting apart to hear the commentary. The commentary at times did not match the journey. For example “on the right is the church of ….. built in …..” so one looks to the right and there is no church in sight. The bus has a number of set down points, eleven in total. At each point it is announced that the next bus will be in 30-40 minutes - we found this did not work. 2 buses in 20 minutes then a really long wait. Apart from the old town, I did not see the point of the service other than perhaps to view a lot of streets which did not mean a great deal. To improve service there should be photographic opportunities ( you are told not to stand when the bus is in motion) The map provided is not much use unless you have a passion for adverts. Sorry if you find this negative, but cruise passengers should be looked after versus an easy target

The worst hop on hop off ever - This incompetent company at all costs. The ticket from a cruise for and they have three lines to weighed in even after you've bought a ticket. This is the worst company of all time for hop-on hop offs I've never seen such grave incompetence not to mention that the staff is incredibly rude and incompetent and negative and everything you don't want when you're on vacation.

Don’t waste your money - Today we sailed into Las Palmas with no plans of what do. We had been told about the old cathedral up at Vegueta, so saw it was a stop on the hop on hop off bus tour. Paid 25 euros each & joined a full bus at stop 1. We set off & just sat in a constant traffic jam driving past tall blocks of offices or flats & the earphones didn’t work, so didn’t learn anything. No one got off until stop 7 near the cathedral. The area was nice , the cathedral was huge, and we had a wander around the cobbled streets. Had a coffee in one of the squares & then went to catch the bus back. The queue was long to get back & we had to wait 30 mins. I was worried that we wouldn’t all fit, but we did. It was organised chaos. The earphones worked, but didn’t tell you much. Got off when we arrived back at the cruise terminal. A very expensive bus ride. Wish I had studied the timetables & just used the local bus 🚌 instead 😫

Waste of time and money - Dreadful tour, mainly down dirty polluted streets on a very tired bus. English commentary was inaudible for both of us. A real waste of 50 Euros and an hour and a half. (We have used these tours in many other cities and they have been great.)

Total con and waste of money and time - What a total waste of time And money. It doesn’t show you anything nice about Gran Canaria and trawls through depressing run down streets. The ear phones don’t work properly and when they did it didn’t tell you anything interesting. The whole tour was such a rip off and I’m surprised they get to do it. You could get the bus for a couple of euro and if ever back which I doubt I’d do that

Just a frader - It's awful. The buses are old and dirty. Half of the earphone jacks are taped and besides that there are also those that do not. Or just pass on 1 language. Volume not adjustable. We had to get off at the cruise terminal for an incomprehensible reason. While we went for a ron ride waiting for the next bus. Who didn't come. After 20 minutes we could get back in. Gone our beautiful spot. The route is also terribly ugly. The only nice place is by the old town. But there we already had our hotel. 50 euros paid for 2 people. Worth less than half. Don't do that!!

Nothing exciting to see! - Total waste of money! It would have been cheaper to take a taxi from the port to the old town as that was the only interesting part. Photo was taken in the old town. Really should have believed all the bad reviews.
