The journey was... - The journey was well-organized and comfortable, with stunning desert landscapes along the way. Antelope Canyon was truly magical, with its surreal, flowing rock formations and vibrant colors that shifted with the light. The guide was knowledgeable, sharing fascinating information about the geology and the history of the canyon. Horseshoe Bend was another highlight—seeing the Colorado River curve through the deep canyon from such a dramatic viewpoint was unforgettable. The views were simply awe-inspiring! The tour gave us plenty of time to explore and take photos, while also ensuring everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this trip—it’s a must-see for anyone visiting Las Vegas!

A great excursion - Be prepared for a wonderful experience but also be prepared for 13 hours on a bus with narrow seating for some…….numerous stops are planned and there is a bathroom facility on the bus for number 1 only…….water and lunch is provided….. the driver, Pasquale was amazing as was the guide who entertained us nonstop and made us feel well taken care of…….Horseshoe Bend was the first attraction and roughly 40 minutes away for the young and fit…..it’s uphill returning to the bus and can be tough on the elderly and overweight such as Me…….second stop is either upper or lower Antelope Canyon……the lower is narrow in parts and a number of ladders are involved…..we chose the Upper which is flat but requires walking down numerous metal stairs ….But be aware that it’s a very bumpy 5-7 minute ride in a pickup truck fitted with an open sitting area……The Navajo guide was amazing, even taking pictures for us at the most photogenic spots

Worth it!! - I almost didn’t book due to poor reviews on the Groupon site so I am taking time to write based upon my experience on 4/29/24 I have a video on my instagram if you are interested @livingyourjoylife 1. The pickup spot at Luxor was good but the travel guide says I had time to run get a coffee (10 min max) I made it back in 6 min but the tour left me. Someone remembered my colorful outfit & the bus came back to get me. Rough start but that was the worst part of the day. 2. There are no plug ins to keep your phone charged. There is no WiFi. The views are spectacular & the bus was pretty comfortable. It is not a luxury coach bus but it’s better than I imagined it might have been. No bathrooms. 3. You are well communicated with detailing your scheduled stops. Elvira the tour guide was delightful. There was no pressure for tips. Some reviews said a lot of pressure. I would say there was none. The expected tip I read from previous reviews is about $10. You will also want to tip your travel guide at the Navajo Reservation. 4. Nothing is allowed into Antelope Canyon except phone & water bottle. Don’t even try. They will take it and give back to you at the end. They are courteous but strict about their rules. Also no videos are allowed on the reservation. 5. Horseshoe bend was a very quick stop. Maybe too short but the best part is Antelope so just go with it. It’s not the tour company’s fault. 6. Take snacks, water, extra charger bank, book, pillow etc. you’ll be more comfortable, 7. Left at 6:30am, returned to LV at 8:30pm 8. Long day but outstanding experience!!!!

Terrible Experience - The canyon was breathtaking however the tour company Empire was disorganized and seemed to change the agenda every hour. In addition the guide told us to go into the store and get change to provide a tip to herself, the driver and another guide. She said multiple times the company recommends $20.00 per person. We did not get back to Vegas until 9:40 due to unnecessary stops. I don’t recommend!

Horrible! Book with Caution - They will not take you to where you booked and charge you more - The tour company is very deceitful. We paid for lower canyon and they took us to Canyon X. Keep in mind there's different pricing for the different canyons. Upper Canyon is the most expensive, Lower Canyon is the second, and Canyon X is the cheapest. If they told me I would be getting Canyon X then I would not have booked with this tour company. They say it's in the fine print, that if they can't take you to your canyon of choice then they'll take you to Canyon X. Well, this is not in the fine print with Viator, maybe it is with other sites but not Viator. And even if it's in the fine print, then it's still deceitful to not give notice of where you're going exactly so we can decide if we want to book elsewhere and/or a partial refund since Canyon X is the cheapest. All in all it was not a great experience and pretty much everyone on the bus felt like we were deceived. To think that they do this all the time and can get away with it is unbelievable. Also, Viator is not helpful, they do not support you at all when you ask for help with issues like this. They are the middle person making as much money as they can and don't vet out the vendors they use for these services. I will be reporting both the tour company and Viator to BBB and other resources with unethical business practices.

Avoid this tour - I booked this tour as it said it was an English spoken tour and that the bus would have WiFi and a toilet. The bus was a nightmare. Uncomfortably small, so bumpy my son was sick, the AC was broken, no toilet or WiFi , I could not understand or hear the guide talk in English and spoke Asian nearly the whole time. I would absolutely not recommend this tour and use national park express instead who are much more professional

Trip From Hell - Please be aware that trip was advertised as WIFI and Restroom on bus. Neither were. Major road construction and bus driver instead of using BY PASS drove right into STOPPED traffic causing a 2 hour delay. Once we arrived at first stop ( Horseshoe ) told you have 30 minutes due to delay! Only stopped 3 times for rest room / food stops. Each only 15 minutes. Imagine riding 6:30 to 10:00 PM and off bus for a few minutes. Very disappointed that no Wifi , on bus restroom. Note was also told service dogs were allowed to find out at Antelope they are NOT so had to sit and wait. I would NOT have signed up knowing that.
