- Adults 21+ Night Tour: Departs from Hard Rock Cafe (3771 Las Vegas Blvd S). Redeem voucher with Big Bus staff at the Hard Rock Cafe 1st floor bar 7:15PM-7:40PM.
- Please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
- Adult Night tour is for 21 years or over only

Family Tour - The tour was OK because some of the speakers did not work. Halfway through, I went and got headphones from the driver. After that, it was good. Make sure to get headphones from the driver, even if they tell you they are not needed.

Tree limbs and no water - We sat on the top of the bus and we had to keep moving over to avoid tree limbs from the trees. One time we came really close to getting hit. It would have been nice to be offered some water to drink. The tour itself was good and informative.

Disappointing - First of all, you should know it is freezing at night in Las Vegas in the winter time. I’m sure that affected our experience because it was really too cold to be up top of the bus and it was hard to see out of the bottom of the bus. I felt like they rushed to be finished and our tour was less than an hour and a half. I’ve done these in a lot of cities, and this was a disappointment.

Good tour - A great tour, with a lot of good information. Just be careful as the tour is different depending on the time of year you book. We took the tour in March 2022 and had a live tour guide with stops at the Welcome to Vegas sign as well as Fremont St. when we repeated the tour in December 2024 it was a recording without any stops. Both were worth the price, but it was a bit of a letdown the 2nd time.

My bus trip - This was the most disappointing and disrespectful tour the driver was on his phone with female that was using profanity he didn’t keep up commentary customer had to make him aware of this which he ignored this was so unfair to my Family money waisted I will personally be reaching out to customer service

Scam - I stood there for hours , no one showed at the meeting point, I paid online I tried to text them through the chat , no one answered up to now. DO NOT BOOK THEM !!!

DON'T BOTHER - Total lacklustre experience. No atmosphere or engagement by disinterested staff. Bland audio tour. Only 20min toilet break at Golden Nugget. No Fremont St what so ever. Did same tour last year with a local guide whom was knowledgeable, engaging, informative and humorous. Had 1 hr to enjoy and indulge in the vibrant Fremont St experience which was the highlight of the tour. This company is sadly circling the drain now...1 star and no tips...massively disappointed.

Disappointing - Driver was rude and totally uncooperative actually would not speak or answer even a question in addition to arriving late. The guide himself was pleasant. However the over emphasis on dispensaries was totally unnecessary. It was as if they paid for advertising on the tour. Most likely would never suggest this tour

Viator SUCKS! Beware!!! - I purchased a ticket for an open bus tour for my husband and I for $140. The ticket was emailed to me and directed to meet at 3973 Linq Lane Las Vegas at 7:15pm Las Vegas time. We arrived at the address at 7:00PM Las Vegas time. We waited for 30 minutes and no bus show up. We call the phone number on the ticket and I was told we were at the wrong meeting point. We were given the wrong meeting point address and no apology or refund. We spent $25 on a taxi to get to the meeting location and then we were ask to go to the new location, which meant extra taxi money coming out of our pockets. We waited for a taxi, but could not find one to take us to the new location on time before the bus depart. I was not given a refund just offered an exchange for another tour. It was our first time in Las Vegas from PA. Our experience in Las Vegas was amazing, except for this bus tour that I will not recommend to anyone. They lack ownership, empathy and respect. The least they could do for their negligence was to give me a refund, which they did not.
