Marvelous - The tour guide person was hilarious and awesome! I don't remember his name because it was a drinking tour... I had a ball!

Las Vegas Bug Bus Late Night Tour - Had a great time! The bus took us everywhere! Most definitely worth the money!! Recommend this to everyone. The driver gave us time to take pictures at the Las Vegas sign! We were able to go to Fremont Street to see Old Vegas at all the lights!!

Great Tour - I thought the tour was really good. I wish we had stooped at the Las Vegas iconic sign for at least 5 minutes. One hour at Fremont isn't enough time to buy things. The lines were very long. The left with half the people it came with.

Bus seats - Personalities and information from tour guides was good. My only complaint was the bus seats were uncomfortable.

We PAID to go on this tour? - They should pay you to ride this boring 2. Hour long advertisement with terrible sound. The recorded narration was often not synched. I felt trapped in hell.

Bus driver left us STRANDED - Tour started off okay. Driver took a vote on how many people wanted to start at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign first vs. stopping there last. Only 1/4 of the people voted for starting there, and the driver decided to start there, despite the majority not wanting to start there. Not a big deal, we were going there regardless. The strip was super packed and there was construction work happening so we sat in traffic for a good 30 minutes or more. When we finally got to the sign, the driver let everyone off and just told us to go get our photos in. The driver never mentioned a timeframe for the stop. There was a little bit of a line to take a photo but not too terrible. As my wife and I were next in line to take our photo, the bus left us. THE BUS LEFT US AT THE WELCOME TO LAS VEGAS SIGN! We weren’t even stopped there for 20 minutes before the driver left us. I booked through Viator so I called them immediately to tell them about my experience and demand a refund. They apologized and told me they would investigate the situation. Meanwhile, I was stranded at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. One, that’s extremely unprofessional and two, wouldn’t one assume that a tour guide (really just a driver in this instance) would be responsible for their passengers - how do you just leave people?! I will never book a Big Bus Tour again here in Vegas, day or night - that whole situation was ridiculous and I am still dumbfounded how someone could just leave us behind. We had literally just started the tour. On another note, not super impressed with the audio tape they have you listen to during the tour - having a live tour guide is much more personable and enjoyable. At the end of the day, I don’t recommend booking with this company.

Epic Failure - I went prior to yesterday and that experience with a live tour guide made the tour worth it, but now the tour is pre recorded with commercials and adds and you must wear headphones in order to hear. The pre recorded tour was so boring I started to say let me off at the next light. I use to brag about the big top tour bus but never again, 25 percent of my tour was in Spanish language before I figured out that there were two languages, this experience on big tour was horrible

Only Okay This Time - My husband and I visited Vegas in August 2022 and did the Big Bus Tour. We had a phenomenal live guide. She was so good, in fact, that we purposely waited to get back on the same bus after their lunch break, despite the AC on board being broken. As such, we couldn’t wait to take our family when we returned this year as a party of 5. This time there was only a prerecorded tour. It was not very good at all. The headphones barely worked and the tour did not sync up properly to the places. We would be past something already and then the recording would start talking about it. Then because the headphones were garbage, we could barely hear what the recording was saying anyways. It was basically glorified public transit this time. Next time I would just take a Lyft or Uber downtown and walk around or take the monorail up and down the strip to see the sights that way. Would not recommend until they bring back live guided tours. Buses could also benefit from upgraded AC. This time we could not ignore the uncomfortable heat.

Rude driver - Our driver was horrible, he never interacted with the guest not even introducing himself or telling us when we left. He never passed out headphones and was rude when a guest asked him a question. It was so bad when we got to a stop at least 8 ppl got off and caught a Uber back to our cars.
