My experience at Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai - The hotel is very good well maintained and the staff are very professional, well mannered and always ready to help. My trip was business purpose for one week but got extended. I am here for almost 15 days. I extended my stay in the same hotel.
The lobby has a coffee shop which is run by the professional staff. They are well mannered, patient, friendly, professional and ready to help you. Two individuals in particular are amazing and very helpful. They are Ms. Teyasha & Ms. Mya. They have a wonderful personality with professional discipline and big smiles with caring nature.

Great customer service - Joni is a lady who works at the Sports Book at the Excalibur. We see her every year when we go to Vegas. She is always helpful and courteous with a great sense of humor. We always look for ward to seeing her, even when we lose money.

Worst payout ever seen - I have gambled in many, many casinos in many states and have never seen slot machines pay out so little. I was there in las vegas for 5 days and nights and visited several of there properties and they were all that way. I never once seen anyone hit a jackpot and get hand paid. Not once. You could literally put a hundred dollars in a machine and not hit anything.
