Once you book your Jeep rental, our reservations team will contact you to obtain a copy of your valid driver’s license and proof of full coverage auto insurance.

Rental Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have full coverage car insurance

UNITED STATES:
Proof of existing full coverage insurance with at least 100/300 Bodily Injury is necessary.

INTERNATIONAL/CANADA:
Visitors from Canada or other countries must have Short Term Auto Insurance that covers the United States. We do not provide this insurance.

Insurance Upgrade Options

• Vehicle Tire/Windshield Protection - $59
  • Covers the cost of tire or windshield replacement if damaged. Does not include towing or loss of rental time.
  • Tire Replacement Cost: $435 plus mount and balance
  • Windshield Replacement Cost: $275 plus installation

To rent a Jeep, you must be 25 or older. All Jeep rentals include unlimited mileage but must remain within a 100-mile radius of the rental office.

Standard Jeep tours are not permitted off-road, no exceptions. For an off-road Jeep crawl adventure, please contact us.

Need to travel further? Let us know. Returning a rental late incurs a $250 late fee plus a prorated amount. A valid state driver’s license is required, and it must not be suspended or revoked. International driver’s licenses are not required.

All cancellations, regardless of the reason, are eligible for a maximum 50% refund. This policy is strictly enforced.

*Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive may reschedule their rental to a safer time slot, subject to availability.

No refunds are provided to impaired drivers at our discretion. Ensuring the safety of others is our highest priority.
