The most memorable part... - The most memorable part of the experience was seeing the eagle rock formation. It was spectacular. I would hands down do this experience with my children.

No regrets way to explore the Grand Canyon - Great helicopter flight- was glad we booked the extended flight option as being able to spend a bit more time exploring the canyon walls from the air was worth it. The Grand Canyon scenery is spectacular and I was able to get good quality photos from my seat. The pilot provided helpful commentary explaining what we were seeing and gave helpful queues to make passengers comfortable going into some of the more challenging flight manoeuvres.

Making Dreams Come True - This was my 93 year old uncle’s “bucket list” adventure. Ashley, serving as the dispatcher, worked in concert with Michell to meet our every need on the ground. Musa picked us up at our hotel then “connected” with us in such s friendly way. Dalton, our pilot, used his knowledge, skill, experience and abilities to make our flight safe and memorable. The whole team is awesome!

Top notch tour and good value. Ask for Sam as your pilot! - The morning of our tour, our driver called ahead to let us know he was on his way to pick us up at the hotel. Nice Sprinter Van to airport. Once to the airport, check-in was easy and we waited in a room where we watched a safety video. All staff was very nice and welcoming. Sam was our pilot and he was the best. As we flew over sites, Sam explained what we were seeing and gave us history of the area. This was my first time in a helicopter and was even more special as it was my birthday. Even with 4 of us in the back seat, we could still see all the sites and Sam made sure we could all see the landmarks. If all 4 people are large adults, it may get a bit tight in the back seat but we were fine. Only recommendation, and by no means is it a negative, is that the front seat guest are asked to remove any large hats they may be wearing so the back seat guest have better views. We could not have chosen a better company to tour with and we will for sure book with 5 Star Helicopter Tours again. Do not hesitate, do it! You will not be sorry. Mahalo, Sam! You were an amazing pilot for our tour!

5 star service from start to finish - From 09.45 start to finish first class service, Joseph collected us in air con bus bang on time,real nice man. Great service,freindly guy.
Professional operation and quick safety brief then Dolton the Pilot flew us out over the Hoover Dam an onto Grand Canyon, a million pictures don't do it justice but first class flying. Nice guide information like he really enjoys his job. Perfect flight length an bus back to hotel by 13.00.

5 ⭐️ on every aspect. - The Staff were friendly and amazing. Whole operation was smooth. The Pilot was great and gave a good commentary. Still can find the words to describe what we saw, apart from AMAZING. I guess you could drive to the Grand Canyon to see it, but from the air it was out of this world.

If was a once in a lifetime experience but would not do again because of the crowded and sweltering ride. - The flight path and views of the desert and Grand Canyon were fantastic. That helicopter was too crowded, though. There were six people and should have had 5 at the most. The air conditioner left something to be desired and we almost died of heat stroke. The pilot, ground crew, and driver were professional, knowledgeable, and generally phenomenal.

5 star helicopter company shuttle driver demanded a larger tip for 7 minute ride after I just paid $1,200 for 3 hours - We had a great day with five star helicopter today with a three hour tour of which two hours was in the actual helicopter. Until the driver and the shuttle bus drove a seven minutes to Caesar’s Palace to drop us off, demanded that I gave him a larger tip and told me that an Uber would charge at least $20 and he wanted $20. He was very aggressive and I called to report him and I sent an email to the helicopter. I have not received a response. I would never use this company. Or refer anyone
