Aaaaaawesome! - Shuttle service to/from my hotel was very convenient! Pilot was very professional; I felt very safe. He also did an excellent job of pointing out points of interest. I highly recommend the helicopter view of the Grand Canyon to truly get a perspective of how GRAND it is!

Great way to see the Grand Canyon - Great way to see the Grand Canyon if you don’t have much time. Fantastic views. The pilot explained about the history and geological features of the area which was interesting. 5 Star were professional and the pilot was very competent

Thrills And Education All In One Package - The tour was awesome, but there are caveats. The company picked us up at our hotel, the facility was first class, and the pilot knew was very experienced and knowledgeable. However, if you get motion sick easily, take your medication before flying. Also, coming over the canyon edge was thrilling, but it does give you the feeling of falling. We loved it, but others might find it scarier than expected. Be aware, but know that this is a fun and informative adventure.

An Amazing Grand Canyon Tour - Seeing Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon area from a helicopter is a bucket list adventure, but well worth the cost. From Joseph's great pick up and return shuttle driving to Pilot Sam's flying and commentary, and the office staff keeping everything on schedule, it was everything they promised it would be. A great way to start the morning and I had the rest of the day for more adventures1

Great trip, great pilot and you get to see one of the wonders of the world - Excellent trip. Seamless. Sam the pilot out everyone at ease and really explained what we were seeing and the history of it. Would thoroughly recommend this trip.

Neat views, but overpriced for what you get - Cool to see Lake Mead and the Grand Canyon from above and the tour guide facts were interesting but overall it fell short of my expectations. Didn’t love being in a shaky helicopter (my first time to fly in one), the pilot was kind of sarcastic which I found annoying and it wasn’t really worth the $$$ price tag in my opinion.

On March 12, 2024, I made a reservation through you for 2 participants for a helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon for October 24 at 09:00.
On March 18, I updated the number of participants to 3.
I received confirmation that the order was updated and I was even charged with credit for 3 participants.
Two days before the flight I contacted the company operating the flight and there I was told that my reservation for 2 participants for 09:00 is correct.
I told them that the order is for 3 participants and not 2.
After another check they claimed that they do see 3 participants but they cannot put us on the 09:00 flight because it is full!!
According to them, the only flights that have room are for 07:00 or 12:00 noon!!
According to the instructions of the operators, the participants had to arrive at the airport at 06:15 and it was a real nightmare!! We had no choice because we had other plans for lunch.
I made an order 7 months in advance!
I planned our schedule accordingly
for the flight and it disrupted our plans.
Why was the update on the number of participants not delivered on time to the operators?
Why did the most precious experience we longed for turn into a nightmare?
This is not the service and responsibility I expect to receive from a company like yours and I will ask for adequate compensation.
