Grand Canyon is worthwhile and impressive - We were staying in Las Vegas, so we took the Grand Canyon West tour. We had a brief stop at Hoover Dam, it was impressive. The Grand Canyon is a mile deep and up to 18 miles long. We took the optional Skywalk that overlooks the canyon, it is scary but interesting. The Native Indians help run the Grand Canyon, they are friendly and helpful. The souvenirs are inexpensive and easy to buy.

Good experience but it can be better - It was a great experience. The staff was ok but I'll suggest : Never was mentioned it was a comedy tour at the beginning was okay but later the type of jokes were unrespectful and making fun of people or being scolded it's no nice .

An “ok” tour, communication and inclusivity lacking - As seasoned travelers with extensive experience in global tours, and with my daughter being a professional in the tourism and heritage sector, we were both excited to visit the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas. We were looking forward to this tour, having high expectations based on the information we received and the program outlined by Comedy on Deck. To start, the overall tour, including the schedule and stops, was satisfactory. The activities listed in the program were completed, and we did not have issues with the general execution of the itinerary. However, there were some significant concerns that impacted our experience. The most disappointing part of our day occurred at the very beginning when we were left behind by the bus. We arrived on time, and were waiting at the designated pickup point at our hotel, which we had clearly selected during the booking process. Given that the hotel was listed as a valid pickup location, we assumed the bus would stop there. However, we were not notified of any issues until my daughter contacted the company by email. We were informed that the bus had already left because, supposedly, we were not at the designated pickup point. Despite providing our correct contact details—including an international phone number—we were surprised and frustrated by the lack of communication or clarity around the situation. Even more troubling was the operator's statement that we had not provided any information certifying our participation in the tour the day before. Aside from the fact that we had not received any message or notification from them, it seems unreasonable for us to expect additional confirmation when we had already paid a significant amount for the tour. After lodging a respectful complaint, we felt as though we were made to feel at fault. We had to arrange an Uber to catch up with the tour at the breakfast restaurant, where the situation continued to be uncomfortable. Not only did the tour guide fail to acknowledge the confusion, but we also had to ask a waitress to identify who our guide was, as he didn’t even faced us. Additionally, we found the tour’s communication and cultural inclusivity lacking. While the tour was conducted in English, and we are proficient in the language, the guide seemed to focus almost exclusively on the English-speaking, especially native speakers; it was challenging to follow. The guide frequently referred to people from Australia, the UK, and Scotland, but there was no apparent effort to engage or include non-English speakers. This felt exclusionary, as there were other international guests on the tour. Inclusivity is particularly important when visiting a world-renowned site like the Grand Canyon, which attracts people from all corners of the globe. It is not just any tourist destination; it is a place of immense worldwide significance, drawing visitors from diverse backgrounds. Ensuring that all guests, regardless of nationality or language, feel welcomed and included in the experience is essential. While we generally avoid complaints and prefer to enjoy our travels, we felt compelled to share our experience to help improve the service. We hope that Comedy on Deck will take these points into consideration, especially regarding communication, customer service, and cultural sensitivity, to ensure that all guests feel equally valued and informed. We still appreciate the opportunity to visit the Grand Canyon.

Not as expected. But we did enjoy the day. - We enjoyed the trip overall. It was a full day of travelling. It was NOT a VIP experience however. It was a couple of standard coaches for the transport. The food was basic at best, with breakfast served by staff who did not want to be there. Breakfast was delivered by frizby! The comedy guide was trying clearly, but may have been shaking off a heavy night before. We paid in advance for the skywalk, but advised that the queue would take up valuable sight seeing time, also no camera phone or personal items allowed, so after assessment of the queue we dropped that part. Canyon was as you would expect, awesome. We had minor disruption and changes at the start , due to the other coach, so breakfast wàs later than planned.
