Lifetime Memories - The flight experience and scenery will last a lifetime. Five-Star was very accommodating in fitting us in on an existing flight. Our pilot, Chelsea, was very friendly. Only issue was the helicopter had air conditioning issues.

Excellent Company and Loads of Fun!! - Excellent experience! Excellent company! I scheduled my flight the morning of the event. Super smooth process. The pickup process from the hotel was smooth! Driver was friendly and pilot was amazing! If you want a helicopter flight in Vegas, I highly recommend Five Star Helicopter Tour Company!!

Needs no improvement ! - Worth every penny. Staff was incredibly nice. Pilot was funny and had great taste in music for the flight. Great personality. Would 100% do again Very nice facility. Focused on safety and just having a great time

5 Star Helicopter Tours is top notch! Had an amazing time!! - We had an amazing time!! 5 Star Helicopter Tours is top notch! We were picked up at our hotel on time, brought to their base of operation at the airport, watched an instructional video, were introduced to the pilot and then we were on our way to the Grand Canyon. The flight over the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Grand Canyon and the Vegas strip was fabulous. Our pilot had a great sense of humor and had fun pointing out various landmarks on the tour, including some wild mustangs we weren't expecting to see. Once the tour was over, we were brought back to our hotel. It was the highlight of our trip to Vegas!!

Flight to and from rocks.. no tour given just pilot - Pick up at the hotel was easy, no conversation from the driver. check in was fab with the lady receptionist, super excited and chatty person. Then it goes downhill. just us a family of 5 in this flight with Chris the pilot. No verbal tour, no commentary to the point I asked my husband if we saw the canyon. So disappointing that you go all that way and I was asking questions but one word answers. Driver back to our hotel was a veteran and talked us to death about the politics of the country. Very let down in my experience of what I went to see and tbh not sure what I saw other than rocks.

Not Happy - The flight was fine, but there were three couples on board and 4 windows available and the other two couples got the four windows and we were jammed into the middle seats of the back row of 4 seats, we booked this flight to take some memorable movies and photos and because of our seating and discomfort none of this was possible because we had no access to a clear window.
This is extremely unfair, and I am extremely disappointed that it was allowed to happen, The people on either side of us were bigger people and I had to sit at an angle for the entire flight and I could not fit into my seat and I was the smallest person on board so got the seat with no leg room..
but the seating is not right and cannot be blamed on weight and balance, I am a fixed wing pilot with my own aircraft and understand weight and balance we were disadvantaged for some other reason.
