Hoover Dam is a MUST see! - Our tour driver, Luis, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The ride seemed to go by quickly as Luis gave us lots of background information and details about our surroundings and Hoover Dam. The dam itself was impressive! The tour itself was well organized and on time. We got picked up before 10 at one of the designated hotels and dropped off after 2:30 pm. We used our GoCity passes so well worth it!

Hoover dam - Everything was great even the driver, Paul was awesome except the ac in the bus at the far back was not working and it was so hot in the bus around the back. It was over 100 outside and we were so hot in the back of the bus that we started to feel sick. They advertise to give out water and granola bars. It was nice to get water but didn’t get any granola bars

Rating for National Park Express - We booked two excursions with National Park Express with the GoCity Pass: one to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park and a Hoover Dam tour. Unfortunately, we had to deal with some challenges. The day before our Bryce and Zion tour, we received a call that we would have to postpone the tour. The reason was incomprehensible to us, we were told there was a mechanical problem. We had planned everything well and the only day to which we could postpone the tour was already booked with the Hoover Dam Tour from the same provider. We also had concert tickets for the evening, which we would not be able to attend if we postponed the tour because we would not be returning from the tour until late in the evening. The lady on the phone showed no understanding and made it clear that it was her decision as the provider. Our options were either to reschedule, book another tour or cancel the tour. As our trip had been carefully planned, this was a big challenge and it took us four hours to rearrange everything. Eventually we managed to swap the two tours. However, at 10pm that evening, we received another call from a certain Nadia telling us that we would have to postpone the Hoover Dam tour the next day. Again, the reason was completely unclear, we were again told that there was a mechanical problem. We refused to reschedule again as we already had confirmation of the rescheduling after we had already rescheduled everything. After a few minutes I broke off the phone call and wrote an email to the provider to understand the problem, by now it was a mess. In the reply to the mail, Nadia suddenly confirmed in person that the tour would go ahead as planned. The The next day I remembered that I had already received an email from Nadia the morning before the call that we could postpone the Hoover Dam tour for 15 dollars per person. I ignored this email as we had already received confirmation of a free reschedule, which was logical as the GoCity Pass allows free cancelations and reschedules. We felt ripped off as customers and not valued. The real reason why this provider didn't want to hold both tours is a mystery to us. Our guess is that they were overbooked and paying customers were given preference. According to the provider, there was a mechanical problem. Why the Hoover Dam tour was still possible after discussions and explanations that we had already postponed remains a mystery to us. All this stress of swapping the two tours and then the late call unnecessarily disrupted our vacation and caused stress. I strongly advise against this company, as there are certainly enough other providers in Las Vegas who offer such tours and treat customers better.
