Great tour to Hoover!... - Great tour to Hoover! Paulie was full of great info and a gentleman. My only complaint is not against Paulie, but the bus window coverings which prevented us from enjoying the view as we drove along.

Hoover Dam - Pauly was awesome. Really enjoyed his commentary. The tour at the dam was perfect timing for a little bit of everything.

Hoover Dam Plant + Tour with Angela - This tour was so much more entertaining than I imagined it would be & much of which was due to our wonderful driver, Angela. She shared history & interesting facts to/from the Dam as well as while in Boulder City. She pointed out different tourist sites & had recommendations for us that were really helpful.

GREAT TIME - James was a great tour guide! On time and very nice! I would go again with this company! Great time!! The bus was nice, air conditioned, and had a restroom! Spacious too! Would recommend to family and friends!

Awesome Hoover Dam Experience. - Our bus driver and tour guide Paulie. He is an awesome one man team! He’s very informative and very fun tour guide, and a very safe and accommodating driver.
The tour experience is overall very very nice. I will recommend the tour company to family and friends.

Spectacular human engjneering amidst divine creation - The dam itself is absolutely ingenious and incredible to behold in person. However, the actual tour guide Eric could have been clearer in his explanation and presentations. It was quite difficult to follow what he was saying. Lake Meade and the views of it were almost unreal to believe with captivating beauty. The icing on the cake was the up close and personal encounters with some wild big horn sheep where we were allowed a photo opportunity with views of Lake Meade!!! Kudos to our coach driver Pauly. He was extremely knowledgeable and very clear in his delivery and instructions.

VIP Tour - Our Hoover Dam VIP Tour got changed to non-VIP a day before. Viator messaged that $15 per person would be refunded due to this. Waiting for refund. Wish they had not changed the tour on us…as we wanted to go down to the generator room guided tour.
Angela, the driver was excellent. Very knowledgeable.

Not enough time at dam , if you your inside of dam no time left to see anything else - The bus driver said when we got to the dam bus parking lot , it’s real close to where you enter the tour, he said be back at 2:10 to do the dam tour first , do we got directly off the bus an in the line to get into your , long line s an you go thru a security check like at the airport, every elevator we took in the tour was packed an several times we were stopped right at us to get on ,an the video you watch in theatre before you go into the dam we get right to the door an man says we have to wait till next show, well to make a long story short we are in the turbines room at 12:51 an end up missing the bus back which left at 2:10 I guess , called he tour operator an they sent the bus back to get us from Boulder City , driver wasn’t to happy he mouthed off something about yall messing up my time, I said what do you expect us to do we went directly to the dam tour an the lines were so long theirs not enough time to complete the tour an you must stay with tour guide inside dam.At least they came back to get us but if the time schedule is too tight, we didn’t get any time in Boulder City because by the time we got back to Boulder City their was only 20 minutes left .

no refund - Flight was delayed. Asked for a cancelation, was told that it was canceled and I would be refunded. I was not refunded. I will not book with this organization again.
