Time Well Spent - Mike, our driver was great! He gave us a brief tour on our drive to and from the location. We also enjoyed our tour guide, IROC! Iroc was extremely helpful and patient with a first time guest like myself. Those two guys made our trip!!

loved it! would do it again! - The experience was amazing!I loved it , my firs time experienced it and it was off the hook! the day it was hot but manageable the staff was really friendly and kind they explained everything very clear, our hotel pick up MIKE was the best he had such a great humor! I HAD SO MUCH FUN, I would definitely do It again, thank you!

Awesome atv ride with my crew - Michael Choice was the best driver. He made sure we got to and from the desert safely and his commutation with me was everything. I highly recommend him. I also enjoyed Our tour person he did a awesome job.10/10 tip I definitely recommend them and will be coming back.

very funny and a great thing to do - a amazing thing to do while on vacation. our tour guide jay was amazing guy. our shuttle driving was hilarious and got us back to your hotel.

Quality Declined - Pros: This was legitimately a fun experience. The staff was courteous and knowledgable of the routes. There was an issue with my original booking, so they rectified by adding ride time in exchange for pushing my reservation time back one hour. Cons: The pickup shuttles had no air. The drivers were miserable along with the passengers. They had coolers of water in an effort to keep people cool. It was 103° outside and my partner was on the verge of passing out in the van. One of the ATVs we rode seemed to need maintenance as it struggled to accelerate going uphill. The helmets were filthy and smelled like mildew and sweat. I rode with this company in 2020 and had a completely different experience, as we were given bandanas to block the sand and gloves to ride with. None of that was the case today. If they revert to their old practices, this will be a 5-star company.

Unhappy Customer - Booked this through Viator. Was told by Viator that my daughter (17yrs) could drive. Found out after we had already been picked up that she couldn't. Sunbuggy tried to fix this by "upgrading" us to a dune buggy. Half way into the ride, the steering went in the buggy. We were told it would be 15/20 mins for a replacement buggy to be brought out. By that time, I was just done! In my opinion, everything with this experience went wrong.

Unethical behavior and practices! Untrustworthy! - The owner Casey and his managerial staff practices unethical practices and behavior. Please be careful in making reservations through Viator, they are not consumer friendly. They are strictly for the company and main objective is clear not Customer Service based.

BEWARE! Late, No AC, Faulty equipment, Very dangerous - BEWARE! This company is 1 tour away from hurting someone and getting in serious trouble. This was the worst tour experience ever in my history of travel. Our 8am pickup turned into a 10:30am pickup. They picked us up in a bus with the AC barely working in 100+ degree temps. We were dropped off at their facility where we waited another 2-3 hours. We were then picked up in another van with absolutely NO AC. It felt like an air fryer in the van with the windows down traveling through the desert. We rented ATVs for our group but they only had 6 ATVs working. The rest of the group had to double up in buggies even though we paid for single ATVs. Our tour didn't actually start until 1:55pm in 115 degree temps. My buggy got stuck 5 mins later. Someone else in my group got stuck 2 mins before mine did. We had to sit and roast in the sun while waiting to be rescued. At that point, I thought I was going to pass out from heat stroke. After being towed out, the tour went on for maybe another 15-20 mins. Honestly, I was ready for it to end because I felt like I was going to pass out at any minute. The steering in the buggy had to be broken, it was very dangerous driving. The steering completely went out on someone else in our group. Again very dangerous! My goggles literally melted apart while out there. Thank God I had on sunglasses as well. There was no gloves offered so I burned my hands on the hot metal. After the tour was over, I couldn't get out of the buggy and helmet fast enough. My head was so overheated! I ran to the bus to cool off, only to find out, the bus going back was the same bus with the AC barely working. Our best bet was to stick our heads in the ice cooler. We were given lots of cold water baths throughout the tour. And cold water bottles were provided. The guys running the tour were nice and so were the bus drivers. They admitted the company is ran poorly and has a horrible & cheap (their words, not mine) owner. They told us just make sure we write a review. Let me sum this up: -LATE picking up and running hours behind. Booked 8am but didn't start tour til almost 2pm. -TOO HOT to operate. It should be illegal to operate in 115+ temps. Esp when your equipment is faulty and your vehicles have NO AC. -NO AC. None of the transportation vehicles have working AC. -Faulty equipment. Let me just say, ride at your OWN RISK. Steering went out and the tires are worn down so half of us got stuck in the middle of the desert. Again, the tour guides did the best they could. I felt sorry for them. This tour company needs to be shut down before they kill someone out there. I will be reporting to the BBB and the city of Las Vegas. The whole operation needs serious investigation. There's much better tours available, don't choose this one. TRUST ME!
