- Gold & Silver Pawn Shop - Guest will visit the famed Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, home of hit TV show Pawn Stars. Spend time viewing and awing unique items like a Super Bowl Ring, Willie Mayes Jersey, silver coins printed with Pawn Star characters and more. Great time with great people - I doubt we would have have had as good a time without the tour. It was convenient and Tony was friendly and accommodating. He made our tour memorable. My favorite was the Shelby garage. And I spent money at allthe places I went getting some fabulous memories. The Shelby T-shirts are great.

Attractions good...tour not! - We enjoyed the 3 attractions. However, we basically paid for transportation as all of these places are FREE. The tour would have been worthwhile, financially, had it included more information from the guide regarding the Las Vegas area.

Driver was not waiting at the advised time, he had come early and left as I was not there.He wasn’t very helpful at all - There was no commentary from the driver, he struggled with the questions we had, his English wasn’t the best, what we expected and what we got was 2 different things

Trip never happened - They never picked us up . Vehicle was broken down for the day. !! They emailed us the last minute !!

Nothing to say, nothing to see - We paid in advance for this trip, and, the day of the trip, they canceled us. We were livid! It was due to a vehicle problem. Why couldn't they use a different vehicle? I'm sure they could have rented one for us. So disappointed!!!

Don't waste your time or money if a problem arises they won't answer the phone they make you download an app. - Communication was a s _ _ _ show we waited at said location for over an hour they said we were never there only would give a 70% refund so we rescheduled only to be let down again company was rude and very unprofessional. Choose something else because you will be let down with poor excuses and miss the event thanks for screwing up my friends 60th birthday and my other friend waiting in the hot sun for over an hour started to have a heat Stoke. I wish I would have screenshot the messages for everyone to see

Tour driver never showed viatar will not return money for up to 7 days - We spent over an hour of our vacation waiting for a driver that never showed up. The number they gave us went to a recording that said they were unavailable to answer. They had my number and email never contacted me. Now viatar says we have to wait up to 7 days to see if they will give us back our money.
