Vegas bus - Great way to see a new city - friendly driver. Good stop off by the welcome to Vegas sign. Avoided traffic as well - so all good.

Too hot and no water - Seeing the lights at night was cool, but it was way too hot and the bus air-conditioning was pretty much nonexistent. And no water was available, not even to purchase.

Below average tour - It was just ok. Bare minimum effort on the part of the tour operator . It ran on time but you don’t see much. Prerecorded tour soundtrack

Couldn't hear the narration - The host Bruce shared great info on the history of Vegas and on the merits of each casino. However the headphones were worse than useless. Bruce tried to speak loudly but it was difficult to understand. That's ridiculous for a tour that cost $65 per person. The seats are uncomfortable and there wasn't an option to sit in the lower level for AC. It was difficult to locate the area at the LINQ for the bus. There's no signage. The tour is over priced given the condition of the bus and the poor sound system. It's time for an upgrade!!!

Frustrating but tour guide was good - This bus tour was both fun and disappointing. This most disappointing thing was the sound system was terrible. The guide Bruce had a lot of great information to share but the headphones were worse than useless and it was hard to hear. I thought people would be able to sit on the lower level of the bus in AC and still enjoy the tour but that wasn't an option. The seats are uncomfortable. The tour guide Bruce did a good job of keeping people engaged despite the heat. We enjoyed learning about the history of Vegas but again it was hard to hear everything. For $65 a ticket I find that unacceptable. The signage to find the loading zone was next to nonexistent and that was frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this tour at all if it weren't for the tour guide. Bruce did a great job of explaining things and of quickly getting people on and off the bus for a picture at the sign. He has a great deal of knowledge to share and that was the only thing that was good about this tour. That bus seriously needs updating for the tour to be worth that much money.
