Crooks, change times and then refuse to refund us when we can’t do the time change. - AVOID AT ALL COST THEY CONTACTED US MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE OUR JUMP THAT THEY NEEDED US TO COME IN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! HOURS BEFORE PREVIOUSLY PLANNED WE COULDNT DO EARLIER AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND US NOW!! Don’t use them! If they are behind schedule or you overbooked they will not refund you if you aren’t available for a different time. We lost 300+ plus dollars! We’ve used Viator between the two of us dozens of times and now that we need help they won’t refund us either!!!
