Good way of sightseeing. - Great way off seeing Las Vegas, good meeting points. Some of the drivers not so helpful, but the bus help use find places we wanted to see.

Great to get around - Great to get you to all attractions. The night ride was great to see the strip all lit up :). Only downfall was our first driver was NOT friendly or happy to help us. All other drivers were fantastic.

First time to Vegas - The Hop On/Off Bus was a good way to see the Las Vegas area for the first time. Our driver was very good, pointing out many points of interest. The only drawback I could say was that the locations of the bus stops were not very well marked.. many of them located far off the main streets.

Not what i thought it would be - I loved the idea of the sightseeing bus more than the actual experience. I took a bus with 8 of my family members on Saturday. We each paid $55 to get on the bus. We chose to sit inside rather than in the open air level because we’re not used to the Vegas heat. A shame that they collect that much money but still cant seem to have functioning air conditioning. It made it really difficult to enjoy viewing any of the sights. We didnt even do the full tour because we were so uncomfortably hot. We chose to go back home in a cab instead

Avoid this Tour - The App was useless. The predicted waiting time was ever changing & not correct. We waited over 30 minutes at one stop, gave up & got an Uber. This made us hesitant to Hop Off. They should have more buses. It kind of messed up our day. I would not do this again.

Very disappointing experience - Very disappointing trip. Worse i have had with Viator. Driver was rude and terrible driver. One of the Big Red Stop attendees was using foul language. Finally the recorded tour information was not properly synced to our travel I would not recommend

Not worth it take the deuce bus, much quicker and far more frequent - The service was really bad, far too long (60 minutes each time) waiting in the hot sun, some buses had broken seats and the people running it were miserable! We took the same package. San Francisco and it was like night and day, the people really entertained you and seemed to care, you only had to wait a max of 20 mins each time

Disappointing and expensive - There was 30 minutes between each bus so when you got off and did something and came back for bus you weren’t sure how long you had to wait. We waited 40 minutes for a bus in the boiling heat. Also not enough stops. A lot of money when you only get off a couple of times for fear of being stranded or waiting for ages for a bus. We were given headphones but most of the time the commentary came from the driver, we couldn’t really hear what she was saying as it wasn’t through headphones and was very distorted. Would have preferred through headphones with a recorded itinerary as would have heard everything, couldn’t see point of headphones and driver commentary. This was our first day to get orientated but was a waste of time and money. After that we took the Deuce bus everywhere which was wonderful and cheap, we could hop on and off and waited no time at all for another bus

Do NOT do this when it is hot. I am sure it would be fine if the temp is not 100+ - The air on these buses do not work in the extreme heat. The buses also do not run on time leaving you exposed to the extrem heat.
