Unforgettable Ride with an Amazing Host - I had an amazing time on this tour! It was my first time riding in a Slingshot, and Michael was an amazing host. He checked in on me throughout, brought a jacket in case I got cold, and even gave us an extra hour— top tier hospitality. We made multiple stops for pictures, and he even took complimentary photos with my camera. I truly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it. Would absolutely do it again!

Back to the Future - My husband and I are in our late seventies. When we first arrived we were a little apprehensive with such a high tech looking machine. But our guide eased our fears with all the easy to follow directions and safety rules necessary for a fun filled trip. It was the most fun we'd had in a long time. Don't let your age deter you from having this exhilarating experience. We felt like teenagers again.

Great Scenery, but many concerns - There were a few things that were not noted in our initial info that we got about this trip. We did not know that half of the 2 hours would be spent on the Freeway. We thought we would have a 2-hour tour in the Canyon, but that was not the case. 30 min there and back were on the Freeway which we were very uncomfortable with. It also said initially that helmets were optional. When we arrived, we were told they were mandatory and that we had to pay $10 each in cash to "rent" them. Luckily, we had cash with us. In retrospect, we would never have "not" rented the helmets because of the Freeway ride, but we still didn't know that we were going on the Freeway until we literally got in and started the trip. The operator was very adamant about our 2-hour limit, but when we left the garage, we had to stop so he could gas up all 4 of our Slingshot vehicles. That took about 10 minutes off of our strict 2 hours timeframe. The vehicles should have been ready to go when we got there. The vehicle that we were in did not have directional lights. We mentioned that to the operator when we were at the gas station, and he said it wasn't necessary. We still didn't know we were going on the Freeway at that point but would have raised our concern about not having directionals on the Freeway had we known that before we left. Once we got to the canyon, the views were lovely, and we enjoyed that immensely. The operator was knowledgeable with the info on the canyon. We noticed that we weren't taken into the main entrance, and were curious about what that might be, so when we got back to the garage, we drove back on our own and went to the visitor's entrance. There was an extra charge which I'm sure the operator wasn't going to pay, but we took the scenic road and saw lots of other great things. For future reservations, I would be sure to note that you will be driving a good period of time on the Freeway, that you have to pay extra for the helmets, and to make sure that the vehicles are gassed up and ready to go BEFORE departure.

Better communication - Didn’t get to experience, I was sent and email 5 hours before to tell me they cancelled because enough people didn’t book.

Stay away Undafe! - There weren't any highlights. Dangerous beat up vehicles and the lead car made seriously dangerous pull overs overs on the freeway. My slingshot had fault gearbox and brakes, when told at the end the organizers comment was "you got back didn't you?" Everyone had to wear a helmet fortunately we took our own even though it stated no helmets were supplied. Others had to wear dirty beat up old helmets. Says water would be supplied, no water given out at all. On arrival we had to get the slingshots out of the garage because the organizer wouldn't. Then we all drove to a gas station as none of the vehicles had been fueled up. Overall this trip was a waste of money as the guide did little to nothing and the vehicles were in pretty bad shape. VIATOR should remove this from their tour list before someone gets seriously hurt!

Unsafe Vehicles worst experience ever, illegally on the streets - Worst experience ever.....felt unsafe the whole time....only stopped at one scene....I booked this tour before in Feb and had a great time.... wanted to share the experience with my dad but this time it was awesome..... the sling shots are tore up.....I had to beg to not be the last vehicle after I noticed the whole signal handle was missing from my vehicle....didn't realize til it was time to use it....I felt so unsafe but was far from the location by the time i noticed. How is that vehicle legally on the street? Some was missing license plates.....one was stuck in parking while we were leaving out the parking lot.....we all had to pull over...we thought the guy just didn't know how to drive it....the tour guide tried to shift it in gear and it wouldn't move for him as well....we had to wait til he went to pull another vehicle out....wasted so much time....honestly wana dispute my charges..... I could have gotten into an accident with no Turing signals in the busy streets of Los Vegas....at our one and only stop....I told the guide how self I felt and that my vehicle didn't have the signal switch all he said was oh.
