Great environment wonderful services - My therapist was wonderful. He applied the right amount of pressure and also was very good at his techniques. Will definitely be going back.

I chose Tiger as my Massause. He is well experienced, and knows the anatomy of the body very . - The spa is beautifully done. They offer many service's in addition to the massage such as, sauna and a variety of different lotions to add to your massage experience.

Great experience... again! - Been a member for many years... $20 annual fee is a no-brainer. Therapists Tanya & Nancy gave my lady and I great massages during our couple experience. Especially enjoyed the hot rocks and tea. I rate Star Spa 9/10!

Bring extra money. They are salespeople - It was ok. Just offer to buy something extra one too many times. It was very unsettling to push additional products repeatedly. Then I was told that my tip wasn’t enough. I actually got followed to the door while the tech begged for an additional tip. Very uncomfortable for a minute there.

Unrelaxing massage - The Spa appeared clean. However, the spa room was very dark. We could not see where to put our clothes. There was a lot of conversation going on between the room with the therapist which made it difficult to relax. The massage itself was not very therapeutic. At the end, the therapist told us, demanded a specific amount for tip. We will not return there.

Disappointed - Not a typical massage. Some very lite rubbing. Didn't inquire about any areas that we were concerned about that needed focused attention. They tried to make us give them a $20 tip afterwards cause $10 was not enough. Massage Envy and others spas would be a better choice. They also try and upsale you on about 4 to 5 other services.

Don’t waste your money or time - I have never gotten up and left a message before, but I did today. It started off on a bad note when she used her elbow and forearm and dug into my spine. Then Instead of using lotion or oil, Mimi (not sure if they gave me the correct name) used a dry scratchy white towel for the massage using so much pressured, I was getting friction burns on my neck, back arms and legs (I felt like I was back in elementary school getting a Indian durn). I waited to see if lotion was going to be applied, but it did not 20 min into my massage and the friction burns continued I decided I had enough, I said stop and sat up the massage lady left and got the office lady. The office lady came to the room (while chewing and taking bites off her granola bar) asked me if I wanted a new lady. I was already dressed and over it. The same lady who came in from the front office, was the one upon arrival was trying to change the amount of the massage that we booked, prices were clearly marked on board and posted on a large poster outside. She tried to charge additional fees for my friend when we asked to split the bill. I requested my money back and the money for my membership. Which I did receive. I also asked to speak to the manager at first I was told they don’t have one. When I pressed on she said that I could call Mike after 9:00pm. Not once did they ask why I stopped the massage, or care. So sad I had been a loyal member for many years.

Don’t do it - We went in for a much needed couples massage and it was terrible. They barely rubbed on you. The guy was listening to something in his earbud that you could sorta hear. My boyfriend said the lady was just as bad. She left the room without communicating anything to him and was gone for some time. At the end they followed us out demanding a tip. Demanding. Never again. Save your money it’s not worth it.
