The best experience and unparalleled scenic beauty! - The 3-day tour of the national parks is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Although it was only 3 days, we visited many amazing places. The beauty and incredible energy felt in Bryce, the majestic Grand Canyon and the scenic beauty of Zion are unparalleled. And let alone Antelope, with its amazing rock formations. I recommend this tour 100%. In addition, Empire Vacations is a super responsible and highly organized company. Our Guide, Lorenzo, was amazing: he gave us a lot of information and it was great fun. It made our trip an unforgettable experience, with the ability to give all the information in English, Spanish and Italian. I am very grateful to Lorenzo and Empire Vacations, and I hope to have the opportunity to revisit these wonderful places very soon. It is also important to mention that the bus was very comfortable and the hotels were cozy and comfortable. Pura Vida!

Extraordinary sights and incredible value ! - Having just visited the world’s second largest canyon (Fish River Canyon, Namibia) in March, I was keen to visit the Grand Canyon, while my memories were still fresh. Usually a self drive tourist with a 4x4 and roof tent, this guided bus tour, allowed me to sit back and exclusively take in the grandeur of the sights. Selig, now who has not seen The Cars Movie three gazillion times and would not want to acquaint themselves with the source of inspiration for Radiator Springs ? The Grand Canyon, Antelope Canon Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park - Each so unique and incredibly beautiful! This is one of the most spectacular, trips I have the privilege of participating in. Our tour guide Mark, clearly passionate and enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge was a walking encyclopedia covering geology, history and sharing his thoughts and opinions on a variety of interesting topics concerning the environment. When quizzed, he even answered some questions I had on culture and anthropology. Mark and his assistant Walter, were both attentive to our needs and comfort. The value add was extraordinary, I highly recommend this tour operator. Incidentally, they even came to the rescue by locating a sentimental baseball cap that I left on the bus 5 Star ⭐️ +

Awesome! If you only have 3 days and want to see the coolest national parks in the USA, then this is the place for you. - It was sensational and I'm not exaggerating. For me personally it was the most impressive thing I've ever seen. You have enough time in the parks themselves and you can also go on a hike in Bryce and Zion (2h - 3h). The guides are super nice and if you're there for such a short time, it makes sense to take one. They know exactly when you have to move on to the next park and where it's best to walk. Plus you don't have to worry about anything 😁. Personally, I will definitely come back privately and with more time in a few years, as you can easily spend a few days in the parks.

Overall trip opinion - Most memorable was the beauty of all the national parks! Our guides and driver were great. First hotel was very nice but second hotel was older and worn with no elevator for heavy transport of luggage to the floor above. Overall, enjoyable trip.

Great national park itinerary but mediocre tour implementation - Conceptually Empire Vacations' 3-day tour is definitely great: covering the significant distances to visit Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon without needing to worry about driving and itinerary details is a significant benefit. The potential availability of guides covering multiple languages would seem to indicate good tour design. Actual implementation of the tour, however, was somewhat mediocre. Communication was not great. Achieving booking, deposit and final payment took multiple emails. Empire Vacations did not provide any means of contacting the tour guides or for participants to be contacted, despite a reasonable assumption that almost everyone would have a mobile phone. Throughout the tour, timing was abysmal. On all three days, toilet stops and lunch stops were much longer than necessary. A long time was also spent at a Route 66 junk gift shop and a native Indian craft shop. Consequently, the key stops at the National Parks were more rushed than needed to be the case. The start in Las Vegas was more than an hour late. Every stop would run at least 10 or 15 minutes longer than indicated, not helped by the tour guide Janet repeatedly indicating that she did not mind people being late - so they were. The net effect was that by the time that the overnight stops were reached, any food outlets were closed or closing. There were no issues with two overnight accommodation venues. As the main guide, Janet was friendly but the level of her trip commentary was poor. Little to no effort was made in preparation for each of the national park sites. For example, at Zion Canyon a number of the shuttle stops and tracks were closed. One would have expected the guides to consult the park website and let the tour participants know what was available and what was closed, but they failed to do this. It was also unfortunate that the tour was undertaken with a truck type bus that was particularly prone to unpleasant vibration and noise and at times seemed to be travelling more slowly than other traffic, although there were no issues with the driver. Despite the particularly poor running of this Empire Vacations tour, I am still giving it a "very good" rating. Each of the canyon stops were great to visit and the overall cost of the tour was worthwhile.

Very good tour of the Grand Canyon (South Rim), Zion and Bryce - Hotel pickup was quick and easy to find in Vegas. The guides Lorenzo, Susan and Jacky were all very good and accommodating. The only downside was the hotel on the second night which was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The italian tour guide picked a few italian couples to go to the nicer hotel remodeled "La Quinta" which was closer to the center of town while forcing the rest of the group in the cheap hotel "Quality" Inn hotel which had very limited food options within waking distance, this was totally unfair since everyone paid the same price. The Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce Canyon were incredible.

Good experience!! - We experienced breath taking views unbelievable Mother Nature’s creation❤️! There were some prose and cons like we expected to get WI-FI on the VAN and the hotels you provided us it was medium class and there wasn’t any restaurant close buy to eat dinner except 7/11 and Wendy’S and couple of others they were located 2 or 3 miles from the hotels! I had to walk there at 8 PM with my disability’s 😉
