A portion of the pier in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea collapsed in November of 2022 due to the impacts from Hurricane Nicole. This has made fishing prohibited and has created a limited chance to experience guided Snorkel excursions around unseen areas of Anglin’s Pier. Our original Tour was created over 12 years ago to complement the 1st Bio-Rock Project in the USA and today we still strive to grow and protect our beautiful reefs.

Highly Recommended.... - I’ve never snorkeled before, but the crew made it so easy and enjoyable. Kent walked us through everything step-by-step and made sure everyone was comfortable before we got in the water. The reef was beautiful, and we saw so many fish and sea creatures. I was especially excited about seeing a turtle! It was clear that the team cares about providing a great experience, and I felt very safe the whole time. I would definitely do this tour again, and I highly recommend it for beginners.

Snorkeling Tour... - I went on the snorkeling tour with a couple of friends, and it was incredible. We saw so much marine life — from schools of fish to vibrant coral, and even a sea turtle! Kent was an excellent guide who shared a lot of interesting facts about the reef and the shipwrecks. The whole experience was super relaxed, and the water conditions were perfect. We also appreciated that the team took photos for us, so we didn’t have to worry about missing out on any memories. I can’t wait to come back.

Unforgettable trip.... - This snorkel tour was an unforgettable part of our trip. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone had a good time. We had great visibility in the water and saw a variety of fish, coral, and a shipwreck that was really cool to explore. Kent shared a lot of insights into the reef’s history and conservation, which made the experience even more meaningful. They also made sure to capture some great photos of us snorkeling, which we really appreciated. This is definitely something I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this snorkeling experience. - I can’t say enough good things about this snorkeling experience. The crew was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kent, our guide, was fantastic — he explained everything clearly and gave us a lot of cool insights into the history of the reef and shipwrecks. We even saw a sea turtle, which was definitely a highlight. The water was crystal clear, and the fish were abundant. If you’re looking for a fun and educational activity, this is a great option. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A Must-Do in Lauderdale By The Sea! - This was an unforgettable experience! My partner and I decided to try the shipwreck and reef snorkel trail, and we were not disappointed. Kent was an awesome guide — friendly, informative, and genuinely excited about marine life. We saw tons of beautiful fish and coral, and the highlight was definitely spotting a turtle. The equipment was top-notch, and we felt very well taken care of the whole time. We’ll definitely be back for another tour when we’re in the area!

Fun Times - We were not able to go snorkeling but we did get to go kayaking down the river by the shop and that was a lot of fun

Great trip!!! - Kent had everything ready to go and provided good information and instruction. He is excited about snorkeling, seeing the ocean life, and definitely cares about you having the best experience possible…and I did! I highly recommend this snorkeling trip!!! We saw a turtle too!!!

Amazing! - It was amazing!!! Kent was great! He explained everything very thoroughly and took care of us. He showed us the anchor and the canons, explained to us the evolution of the coral reefs. He provided us with waters afterwards took various amount of pictures for us. His friend Camilla was there to help us out as well. When my wife got motion sickness they took very good care of her, truly amazing! Definitely going back again!!

Felt duped - Didn't actually get to go. Our guide contacted us as we were walking downstairs to our Uber to head to the meeting point, and he let us know that the water conditions were rough and we would not enjoy the trip of we tried to snorkel. I was so disappointed! This was our last day and I really looked forward to snorkeling here. We couldn't cancel our Uber because he was there already, so we just took the ride to the beach where we were supposed to meet anyway. There were tons of snorkel groups there with children. Elderly, and others who appeared to be less physically able than us, so we felt like we could've done the activity without an issue. I texted the guide a few times to find out what we could do in the area and he had suggestions for restaurants, etc. I asked about a refund of our money and he told me to contact Viator. Then he let me know he was off work and that I would be able to correspond with his associates, if I needed to. That seemed weird.
