Continue to the breathtaking Lauterbrunnen Valley, a place that inspired Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings” and is a must-visit in the Jungfrau region. Here, you can see the renowned Staubbachfall and enjoy a leisurely village walk. From April to October, the spectacular Trümmelbach Falls are also open for visits.
From Lauterbrunnen, take a cable car to Grütschalp, followed by a scenic 1.5-hour walk (4km) to the car-free mountain village of Mürren. Alternatively, you can opt for a train ride into the village.
You also have the option to visit Grindelwald First Mountain or Schilthorn – Piz Gloria.
