Very helpful staff. Thank you Mrs Wüst. - I took my son to the Jungfraujoch today. Traffic made us a little late. It had a lot of skiers in the terminal and we had lost track of it. Then an employee, Mrs. Myriam Wüst, met us. She saw that we were a bit confused and helped us great. It is not self-evident that in this jumble someone takes care of such people we were and in addition, the day was still a complete success. My son was very happy that we got to the yoke on time.
Thank you Mrs Wüst.

Great views and many attractions - We had a great view of the Aletsch Glacier and the mountains. Besides, there are many other attractions such as the ice cave or snowtubing. Unfortunately it was very crowded and had many tourists. Otherwise a great day trip!

Fantastic, unfortunately without parking. - The view is stunning and the attractions are all beautiful. My only quirk is the parking, we reserved tickets but could not find a parking space. At the end we had to park a little further away and walk downstairs. Otherwise a very good experience.

Too expensive...!! - The view is overwhelming; as always..!! For the ticket price we are very disappointed with the self-service restaurant..! Cold atmosphere, not a good selection and it looks like a fast food outlet. There was not even a hot ovo or a hot chocolate....
On the Jungfraujoch I expect a slightly different gastronomy; a pity...!!
It's all about expensive jewellery for the rich tourists....

Overpriced and Disorganised - I was really looking forward to this experience, having planned a detour from a last-minute trip to the Alps after hearing such wonderful things about it. Sadly, it fell well short of expectations, especially given the cost.
I booked this a week in advance, and the price was an eye-watering 200 CHF. Even with a railcard reducing it to 150 CHF, it still felt exorbitant. Upon arriving in Grindelwald, I was surprised to find no clear guidance on where to begin. The ticket I received via email was little more than a poorly itemised invoice, and it included no instructions. The website was equally unhelpful. After some Googling, I realised I had overshot the correct stop—Grindelwald Terminal—due to a lack of clear information.
Once at the terminal, signage was minimal, and there was no effort to welcome or guide visitors—something you’d expect for 200 CHF. After eventually finding the cable car, I scanned the QR code (buried at the bottom of the invoice) and set off up the mountain.
Unfortunately, the weather was dreadful, with a blizzard and thick fog obscuring the views. While this was out of anyone's control, the disorganisation compounded the disappointment. At Kleine Scheidegg, there was no guidance on what to do next, and the staff were unhelpful. After some confusion, I discovered there was a train to the summit. However, the 20-minute journey was filled with advertisements, which felt inappropriate given the cost of the experience.
At the summit, there was finally some structure in the form of a guided tour, but this was underwhelming. The highlight—viewing the glacier—was a complete let-down, as the fog made it impossible to see anything. The rest of the tour included a weak exhibition on the railway’s construction (with very little information) and an ice palace, which was impressive but brief. Despite being advertised as a 1 hour and 30-minute experience, it was over in 40 minutes. At that point, my only options were to dine at an overpriced, mediocre restaurant or head back down the mountain—I chose the latter.
While the weather cannot be helped, the lack of clear instructions, welcoming touches, or meaningful content does not justify the high price of 200 CHF. Visitors should not have to rely on in-depth prior research to enjoy the experience. Clearer guidance, better organisation, and more engaging content would go a long way towards delivering value for money.
I will try this again one summer, as I still want to see the view and hopefully things will have improved.

Unfortunately not on the glacier - In the best weather I went to Jungfraujoch with the expectation that I could also hike on the glacier. Unfortunately, that was not possible. Just a small fenced area pretty disappointing.
Great view of the mountains, the glacier and the fog more.

Missing staff - buy tickets online! - Between Christmas and New Year (low season?) only 3 of 7 counters are operated. Queue 40 groups, equivalent to approx. 30 minutes, time 1:30 pm

Save your money; reservation for priority boarding for the Jungfraujoch train isn't necessary - We were deeply disappointed with our experience regarding the priority boarding reservation for the train to Jungfraujoch. Despite having a reservation, staff provided conflicting information about where to queue, leaving us to join the regular line. The staff member we approached was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unable to clarify the purpose of our reservation. She even suggested we apply for a refund of the reservation fee, which another staff later informed us was not possible. This lack of coordination and customer service is unacceptable, especially for a service that caters heavily to tourists. Improvements in staff training and communication are essential to uphold the company's reputation.

a horror the journey and moreover impossible after that to find a palce, while the reservation was made - I'd probably be happy if I'd been able to get there. 1:20 a.m. traffic jam for 4.8 km, a zero organization, no parking space.
