Additional Information
The excursion commences with guests being collected from hotels or Airbnb’s situated in Downtown. The activities include visits to two renowned distilleries: the primary one being Buffalo Trace, with the secondary depending on availability. Please note, the trip initiates with a minimum group size of six and is subject to distillery availability; thus, the start time may fluctuate. You’ll be furnished with a detailed itinerary, including all relevant tour information (tour, timing, assigned driver, and vehicle). The vehicle allocation depends on what’s available. All we want is for you to relish your time, while we take care of all the coordination. The exhaustive itinerary (driver, vehicle, timing, etc.) will be shared with you.

Every thing was fantastic - Buffalo Trace was interesting and informative. Peerless was more intimate and the tasting was fantastic.

Maker's Mark, Fantastic - Maker's Mark Distillery is a must visit. Would love to see the area when spring comes around. The tour was phenomenal, even if you are not a big bourbon lover. The staff, from our guide Kim, to the bottle dipper, to the support staff were beyond friendly. Only wish the restaurant was open. CHEERS!!

Buffalo Trace - We did Buffalo Traces and it was top notch. Our tour guide Allen opened our eyes to what we thought we knew about bourbon. We can’t recommend this distillery enough. Already planing next years trip.

Despite our relatively... - Despite our relatively late tour booking request the tour scheduler was able to find us tour availability that was not available to the public. They were also flexible with some additional requests and the tours we had were great choices. All of this led to a great overall experience!

It was a good price for the service provided. - We went on a two-day bourbon tour. It was out of our expectations that they gave us a private service, we chose Jim Beam, Bardsrown Bourbon and Woodford Reserve. We were picked up from the hotel and dropped off there. It was a good price for the service provided.

Makers Mark - Makers was a great experience. Loved the site along with the tour. Enjoyed not having to drive. Only thing I wished was we had a little more time at the distilleries. 1 hour tour you got basically 1 hr at site. Very little time to go to the gift shop or have a cocktail

Rough start, great finish - We had a rough start, with not having a reservation at Four Roses for our first stop of the day. Our driver, Belkis, quickly got on the phone and got us into Jeptha Creed instead. We enjoyed the small, local, family-owned experience. The rest of the day went smoothly and Belkis was a great guide, not just a driver.

Frustrating experience - Do on t book this tour without speaking directly to the tour company first!
The tour company (The Bourbon Spirit) refused to provide a refund within an hour of booking despite not offering the tour I was promised.
Viator had vague details in its description of the tour. As such, I contacted Viator to ensure that the times and distilleries I was seeking were available. They confirmed over the phone that the specific distilleries were available for my desired itinerary. After I confirmed, the tour company contacted me and shared options that didn't include the distilleries I was seeking or the times I needed for my group. Within one hour of booking, it became clear that the tour was not as advertised. At this point I asked for a refund and the tour company refused. I contacted Viator and they agreed that the information they shared with me was not accurate but refused to refund my tour.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Called the Monday before the event and never got a call back on a simple question. then, after I arrived in Louisville I noticed that there was an email cancelling my trip. I got a refund but my costs for hotel, meals etc are wasteful because they cant even respond or check to see if I was aware.
